Did everything go well, not totally. Faulty lock on patio door and wrong room allocation. But issues were fixed within the hour when highlighted. Shows the professionalism of this hotel. Good central location, quality and size of rooms and main pool area are standouts. Food too a real positive for breakfast and evening meals. Quality again is the word I’d use here. What to say re the staff, superb. Really a pleasant and relaxing stay. Only negative was the Spa area, new charge a little irksome, but area appears to have lost its way, and dress policy not for me. Went once, but not worth a return.

This was our first visit here and it certainly won’t be our last. From the moment you walk in it’s as the hotel says “an oasis of calm”, everything is geared towards you having a stress free and relaxing holiday. We discovered this hotel a little by chance having stayed on the island several times before - we have now found our go to holiday location. We booked independently and made use of the free private transfer (we landed at 20.00 and were having dinner by 21.30 thank you). Special thanks to Fabio, Ivan, Begonia and Christina (I think) on reception who are so helpful and sorted out any issues. Staff in the restaurant and bar are all super friendly, efficient and work so hard to clear and re lay tables for you especially if there is one you’d like to use. The chefs are very good too, always taking time to check everything is cooked thoroughly. A nice touch at the buffet is the use of small ramekins of salad - avoids using too often the same serving spoon and avoids you taking too much. Desserts too are individually portioned. Pool area is clean and well maintained every day and was never too busy. Cleaning in the room was good and efficient and bedding and towels can be changed when you want. We hired a car for a few days and were able to use the hotel’s own underground car park for free - another added bonus as parking can be an issue locally. Special thanks to Wim for his brilliant saxophone playing, super rendition of “Baker Street”. All in all, the hospitality, staff and efficiency make this hotel on of the best we have stayed in, thank you.

I’ve stayed in a lot of 4-5 star hotels throughout the world, regardless of location, fixtures and fittings, ambience and beauty of a hotel which this hotel has the lot, it’s the people who work there that make it, I cannot speak highly enough from the manager, reception, waiting staff, cleaners in fact pool guy if there’s anyone I missed I apologise, 5 star for me and my partner and look forward to returning and enjoying again there fantastic hospitality.

A delightful well run hotel with lovely rooms. The pool area is comfortable with plenty of loungers and sun umbrellas. Plenty of options at breakfast and dinner time.

Having holidayed on the island since the 1990s,this hotel has recently become our favourite. It has consistently provided excellent stays over the last few years. Jandia itself is a quiet resort & the hotel follows this with a quiet laid back a**osphere. No noisy daytime poolside activities with blaring music and activity teams here. Nightly evening entertainment here too is on the quieter side, with the excellent bands stopping by 11pm. ( The saxophonist from the hotel management team is a real star). We opt for the all in package and are always well satisfied with it. The drinks are of high quality and branded labels. Bar service, as everywhere throughout the hotel is top notch. Breakfast is the usual international buffet style plus a fry up counter. Lunch is high quality and great value. Evenings are international style buffet with a choice of 3 show cooked meats or 3 show cooked fish every night. There is also a nightly roast. Only comment here, would be the same cheese option of sliced up cheeses that were very similar got rather tedious every night. The staff, mainly more mature ladies, exude an enjoyment in their work. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The sunbed reservation game simply isn't tolerated here. Sunbeds are aplenty, so that annoying stress of the sunbed mania doesn't occur here. For the active there are tennis courts which are popular. Mini golf and table tennis are available too. The pleasant spa area is well worth a visit.

Excellent location and hotel is fantastic! The staff, cleanliness, facilities, food...First class! Had a relaxing break here, excellent food and the spa is brilliant. Shops all close by and the beach is stunning. The atmosphere is peaceful and chilled - something for all family to do and to unwind and recharge. Fabio on front desk is a perfect advert , helpful and polite and reflects the quality of staff here. Will return as this hotel and Island made for a wonderful experience for our stay, thank you all!

Second visit to this excellent hotel. The location is superb with lovely walks from the hotel. Standard and choice of food excellent. The bedrooms are spacious, kept spotlessly clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel entertainment in the evenings is good and varied. Staff are efficient, helpful and kind. Highly recommend this hotel.

Just returned from our sixteenth visit to our favourite place. The hotel is still extremely clean and comfortable, staff can’t do enough for you,many of them having been there for a number of years and greet us like old friends. Still majority of guests are German(99%). Lovely spa. Food still reasonable but not quite as good as it used to be. Very convenient for the fabulous beach and a pleasant walk into Morro Jable. We’ll be back!🤞

i've been to this hotel five times before, always very good. but this time not so good. The staff are lovely, rooms very clean, But this time very poor. We paid for a pool view , and a room near a lift because of mobility, we got neither, 50mtrs from lift, view of the top of roof, with cactus garden. and directly above the entertainment stage. The food was terrible and barely warm, a lot of the food was not labeled in English, and was totally for Germans, with delights like, pork knuckle(pure fat). fish and pea soup, cold beans etc. We will never go back again.
