Resort is okayish, but the location and the road accessibility is very poor. Almost every activity inside is a paid activity, even though they are charging really high for the room. For both our rooms, the heating system was broken or turned off by the staff. Swimming pool is rendered useless because it doesn't have heating system. Jacuzzi is again a paid luxury here (1000 for 1 hour. Really not worth the high bills they are charging for their room. The room charge should br about 3-4k per night, and not 12k per night that too in off season on weekdays.

Staffs were great- excellent communication, prompt and competent. They really nailed customer service. The property was great with many facilities like pool table, archery range, live music and rooftop cafe.
They can improve on selection of drinks (not many choices). One thing they should immediately pay attention to and rectify is safety. The outdoor area had glass boundary wall with steel hand rails. The bolts were missing and the and the rails looked unsafe. Guests should never touch them on lean on them.

No welcome drink was offered to us, but later we saw the same was given to the guests that came after sometime. Room service was very slow, we got water in the room after 30-40 mins of ordering the same. Washroom were really average. We have experienced better stay at 3-4 star properties as compared to this so called 5 star property.

The views from this place is mind blowing, it’s so peaceful and scenic. The service is very good, u call for room service and within mins person is there. The only con is that the way to the resort is not safe, it’s patchy, pols drive carefully

Property’s location : it’s in dochi. Few kms away from main road going towards mall road. Condition of road is patchy but location wise it’s good. Peaceful. Food & restaurant : it’s awesome. The way they serve and the options available are perfect. For me it’s 10/10. Amenities & services: 10/10 swimming pool, sitout areas, cabana like sitting, lobby, lobby’s washroom, gesture & attention, outdoor activities, all are just perfect. However, game’s room needs improvement. In short i loved it. Thanks
