Poorly ***aged. There is no water in taps sine morning. ***agement +919218688818 and +919218688814 are least concerned. Customers are leaving to other places to freshen up. AVOID STAYING HERE. IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE. They dont know when water supply will be restored, is this how you serve your customers ? 0 Star out of 10. DONT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THUS PROPERTY. WORTHLESS

Amazing experience , location, food quality, everything was good.... Best place to stay .... big room, amazing food, clean area, best staff service and behaviour definitely I will be there again with family.....

Awesome location and view. Relax with friends at peaceful and beautiful place. Very helpful staff. Food quality awesome. Silent and tucked away from city noises and daily hustle. They also have a small zoo.

we booked 10 rooms here for a Corporate event of a reputed MNC. for 1 night . 1. The rooms were ill maintained 2.No Running water to Flush & To Bathe 3.No Service- Delayed for Hours .(Drinking Water , No Intercom, No Response From, no towels till next morning, unprofessional Staff & ***agement ) 4.No regrets & Apologies From the ***agement 5.Un Hygienic Conditions overall . 6.Pathetic Food & Pathetic Restaurant with zero Service. 7.Imposing Unnecessary Changes. 8.Ignoring The valued Guests . 9. I visited in first week on june with my family, I would like to give a very negative feedback for this hotel, it is 0/5 I must say, 1. Hotel Service is way too pathetic 2. Hotel Staff looks very ill***nered and shabby, not groomed at all 3. Food quality is not so good. 4. Hotel Premises and ambience is very bad and in miserable condition 5. Hotel Lobbies are very very very dirty with worn out out furniture 6. Hotel Room flooring is worn out, balconies are in bad condition and also furniture is very old and in miserable condition Hotel charged me 8000+ for a Valley View room which is not worth paying 1000, dont get fooled by location and all and online pics, Please avoid booking this hotel

Food-Got food poisoning because of the bad quality of food. Reception-Got the room after waiting for 1.5 hours.Rude and unprofessional person at the reception. Service-pathetic room service.No one is in uniform.Untrained ppl have been hired. Security-No guard at the hotel Incase of emergency there is no one who will be available on call to help you out.No one picks up the phone.

Poorest service ever. Delayed check in rooms handed over after 4 hours wait. Food orders delayed. Extra bed given at 10 pm after 20 calls. Senior ***agement unavailable, phones no reply. Intercom not working. Overall holiday ruined..

The service quality is pathetic.Unprofessional staff and not bothered about customers. Takes toooooooòooooooooooo long time even for small small services. No AC in rooms and during the hard summer , it becomes hot case

I had visited the resort during our Zonal Meet and it is a lovely resort with amazing views and huge rooms. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Staff was courteous and food was tasty. An overall great 2 nights spent at the resort. Will love to visit with my family too
