Abrazo Sofia Hotel by Hmg

Staid here for a couple of nights while visiting Sofia. It is close to the city centre, in a rennovated building. Service was good at check-in and check-out, a bit worse at brwakfast due to lower quality English from the staff. Rooms are new, looking good but with some details that are not good, like no room for things in the bathroom, flooding every time a shower is taken and the bathroom being above the rest of the room. Rooms are clean, but I also had cleaning ladies entering the room around 9:30 without checking if I was there which I do not like at all. Breakfast was not very good, but it was acceptable (some groceries should be more in the cold). All together, a solid looking new hotel which needs to work on details.

A very modern hotel on the outskirts of the city centre close to a large road intersection with buses and trams nearby and 15-20 minute walk to the city Centre and 10 mins to the international bus Station and train station. Rooms were modern, and were cleaned daily. WIFI worked very well and the breakfast was plentiful with quality produce. Staff were very friendly and the reception crew were always happy to recommend options when in Sofia. The location whilst on the edge of the city, was a little run down and noisy but the hotel itself was for me faultless.

If I could rate this hotel anymore than 5 I would, this is easily the best hotel we’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. From start to finish our stay was amazing, first of all we were escorted to a gated carpark so we could keep our car safe during our stay, we were then checked in and told our room, the lobby sets the scene as it was very welcoming. we stayed in the room with the spa bath, it was like nowhere we’ve stayed before. The room was insane, it was huge, almost the size of a flat, the bed was so comfy, the mini bar was very reasonably priced and everything from the lotions and amenities they supply in the bathroom to the bath salts and robes for the spa bath was just another level. The breakfast was lovely with a huge choice. A special mention to the staff, particularly the gentleman working in the day on the 24th of January. He walked us to our car, helped us manoeuvre out, he directed us where to store all our luggage and welcomed us to come back and stay in the lobby whenever we needed due to our flight not being until the evening. When we left to get a taxi he escorted us out to it and offered to help us with the bags. A true asset to this hotel and made our stay that bit more memorable. If we ever find ourselves back in Sofia there’s nowhere else I’d consider to stay. It’s safe to say this hotel is a hidden gem and if you ever get the chance I can’t recommend it enough

The hotel is located in an inconvenient location, at a crossroads and even taxis cannot find a parking space. Area is dirty. The rooms are very small and do not correspond to the description on the websites. The most inconvenient thing is the bathroom. Sitting on the toilet, you rest your knees on the sink or washbasin....

I enjoyed being close to the main strip in Sofia, the staff were very helpful and would order cabs, the rooms were kept tidy and had good rain showers, food was good and all in all my stay was enjoyable being based in the Hotel Abrazo. Would recommend.

Fitness salonu ve merkezi konumu için burayı seçmiştik ama konum çarşıya yarım saat yürüme mesafesinde. Fitness salonu diye bir şey ilk kez böyle gördük. Merdiven altına konulmuş 3 tane alet ve hepsinin üstü toz kaplı. Oda pis her yer toz. Çalışanlar asla güler yüzlü değil odaya su istedik gelin alın dediler getirmediler. Restoranda çay kahve sıcak değil. Ödemeyi önden yapmasaydık direk çıkardık. Bir daha tercih etmem ve önermem. Ayrıca yolun gürültüsü direk odada hiç rahat değildi.
