We like this property. We have stayed here a few times now. This is the first time that we were not happy with our stay. This last stay was for two nights. On the first night we had a noise issue and mold issue in the shower. We arrived late so we didn't pursue trying to address the issues the first nite. In the AM we reviewed our concerns with the staff and changed our room for the second nite. That resolved those issues. We booked your property because it has a pool. We came to find that the pool was down for maintenance. That is one of the main reasons that we booked your facility. We were very disappointed with that fact. Also, we didn't get any notification about this fact so would of had an option to find another facility. We discussed our issue with the staff and they said to come back later in the day to discuss the matter with another staff member that knew more about the pool. Then I went and took a good look at the pool. I saw it's condition and knew there was no way that the pool could be brought to a usable condition before we left. Just wanted to reiterate that we were very disappointed and may need to reconsider our upcoming stay in January.

Hotel is across the street from a good restaurant, right off the highway exit, clean and pleasant. Room is clean, very spacious and well designed for work or vacation. Love the kitchenette!

We had a lovely stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to others. We were greeted and checked in by Alicia who was warm and friendly and informative. The room was impeccable!

The room itself smelled pretty bad when we walked in. Like a dirty vacuum bag or feet. Had to ask the front desk for febreze or something to freshen up. Checked in through the Hilton app but still had to stop by the front desk. The front desk guy was confrontational at first but I cut him down to size quickly. I explained I tried to check in with all and it said to stop by front desk, so that's why I'm here, he says I don't know who you are? Just a stranger buddy wasting your time

I liked how the rooms were set up. The added cups/plates if you happened to need them during your stay. We didn't need them, but felt it was a great additive if you did.
Dislike: The Breakfast- It was ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING. They had brown/black bananas, egg wraps that looked like they were frozen and looked unappealing. Upon looking at the rest of the choices, we felt that the food may not be fresh or editable.

The facility was reportedly booked solid. There was a wedding group and a couple of youth sport teams. I did not notice any noise. My room smelled of dirty socks. A room change was not an option but, I was given a discounted rate for the inconvenience.

We had never stayed in a Home2 but thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the facility. Will definitely stay again. A couple of minor things that were issues...the desk at check in was not staffed, there was a sign noting someone would be back soon, but we waited about 7 to 10 minutes and during this time an employee walked in and around the lobby desk area and didn't ask if we need help or if we had been helped. Also mini omlets were overlooked.
