Mold on tub caulking. Hallway outside room smelled very musty. Plug for my CPAP machine fell right out of the outlets

Comfortable, clean, could use a renovation but not bad. Good value for the money. Breakfast was good and had a nice large eating area. Very nice lobby area.

We had a long day on the road. There was plenty of parking, check in was easy. The room was very comfy and the the premises and room were very clean. Free breakfast was good.

Sun ports and several outlets didn’t work in both rooms we had people in. Doors shut loudly and I was woken up so many times during my stay

We thought the staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean. The breakfast was amazing. The cookies out front were a nice touch but the out of stock ice cream cooler was a disappointment. We would definitely stay here again. Not too bad of a drive from Giant Center :)

Upon arrival, the bathroom in our room was not clean and only had 1 towel. On our second night, a stranger unlocked our room door because they were given the same room we were already in. When I called down to the front desk to let them know what happened, they acted annoyed with me that I even bothered calling down.

Had to change room after we arrived. Toilet did not flush room phone not connected. New room was not very clean. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke.

Generally a really nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, convenient, good staff. We stayed one night while traveling. Our room, 123, was spacious and clean, but could use some repairs in bathroom, wall and caulking. Pool water was a little cloudy, so my wife did not use. Breakfast was typical, nothing special.
