Perfect for our family of 4. This was our favorite hotel that we stayed at on 2 occasions… lots of space in the room and bathroom. Conveniently located next to Skógafoss and included breakfast. Would definitely stay here again on future visits!

We had a great stay at the hotel. They could not be more helpful. The breakfast had a great selection of food and the hotel bistro was fantastic. Will definitely stay at hotel skogafoss when I return. My daughter's family also stayed at the hotel and the family room was perfect with a queen bed and bunk beds for her 2 boys

Beautiful location walking distance from the waterfall. The place was clean and quiet. Everything was in good working order except the TV service, which was out temporarily.
Very nice breakfast was included.

A more basic, old fashioned hotel than the others we've been on our trip but we had everything we needed and the view from our window to the waterfall was phenomenal!
No kettle in the rooms but a very good coffee machine in the hallway.
It would be nice to have the option to cast on the tv.

Location location location! Great breakfast included. The dinner was a bit hit and miss. My lasagne was cold in the middle. Just enjoy being a 2 minute walk from skogafoss waterfall and don't expect too much from the dinner menu and you'll enjoy your stay. We did :)

Practical, clean, good food, pretty location, comfortable bed. It's not a resort but we had everything we needed. Best option from the choices in the area.
