The Eastleigh

No not the Dorchester so rooms just basic but then I paid for just basic so all good and perfect for what we wanted. Nice welcome from the owner, Paula the manager was chatty , friendly and helpful . The room was clean and tidy and the location was perfect. No noise or issue from other guests . Does not do food but with everything on the doorstep no issue with that. Parking was fine on the street further up. Would I stop again when next in Skegness !! yes I would so that says it all.

Clean and very comfortable accommodation in a good location. A good bed helpef ensure a good nighr’s sleep. Welcoming and attentive owner to any queries we had. Great value for money and we would definitely return there again when we are next in town.

Chosen for location close to the theatre. Received a warm welcome, check in/out was easy. Kerb parking wasn't easy but they is a Pay and Display virtually next door. Places to eat close by so the Bed only was not a problem. Ideal for a No Frills overnight dtay.

Such a lovely, comfy guesthouse, run by Paula who is super kind, friendly, welcoming and does the best job. Lovely to have fridge and kettle and tea and coffee etc in room, really nice toiletries and even washing up facilities. She’s thought of everything!

Staff very friendly, hotel is lovely and clean, tea and coffee facilities and fridge in room, hair dryer and straightners in room, iron and ironing board available for use, ideal location for attractions and town centre. Room lovely and cool elephants made from towels.

Perfect location for the theatre and sea front, pay car park extremely close if you are not lucky enough to park in the Street

Lovely clean hotel, very close to the centre, but also very quiet at night, we didn't hear any noise at all. Comfy beds, convenient mini fridge in the room, water in each room. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly service, and lovely clean room. A few things could do with updating, but for the price paid it is lovely here. Also as room only, some nice touches like a fridge in the room was very useful.

Easy check in. Free on street parking and close to sea front. Quiet area despite numerous bars.
