Hotel ber***a tahun 80-an. Kamar yang sangat bagus dan nyaman. TV, AC, penggantian seprai dan handuk setiap hari. Lokasi hotel yang sangat baik, dengan berjalan kaki Anda dapat mencapai atraksi kota yang paling penting, termasuk Ortigia yang merupakan permata. Sarapan luar biasa dan berlimpah, benar-benar ada segalanya.
Staf yang luar biasa. Masalah pemesanan diselesaikan dalam beberapa menit. Mereka sangat efisien. Apa yang bisa saya katakan, kami menghabiskan 3 malam dalam relaksasi total. Pasti, jika kami kembali kami akan menginap di sini lagi

Posizione ottima x visitare Ortigia e teatro greco a piedi. La colazione giusta. Poco salato e molte torte. Buono il cappuccino e l espresso fatto al bar dal cameriere. Le camere pulite ma un po' datate.

Personale educato, gentile, professionale e accogliente. La stanza era molto comoda e tutti i servizi funzionano perfettamente. La pulizia è ottima e nel complesso sono rimasto soddisfatto.

Do not stay here. It was a horrible dark and dreary room. The Air conditioner was blowing hot air and it could not be fixed and no other rooms available. This was at the end of June in the heat. They did give me a fan. The bathroom was so tiny and very dingy and old. One of my worst stays at any hotel.

Appalling hotel, room was dreadful, dull, dreary, chips out of walls and furniture. Bathroom had chipped mirror and incomplete door handle . Staff demeanor was poor, felt like they were not interested. We were part of a TUI island tour, the coach arrived late and the evening meal was rushed so that they could close the restaurant . No bar or area where we could sit and meet up Have written to TUI, as feel the hotel is not up to standard . Shame really, as Syracuse was excellent...

Clean and reasonably spacious twin share but lacking in modern fittings. Bathroom very dated. Hair dryer barely worked and mean with soap and shampoo. Breakfast reasonable. Just tired and in need of an update. Best characteristic is location. Wifi worked and has off street parking. Towels paper thin too.

We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff ~ a good start to our stay. While the room was small it was well set up and the ensuite was a good size. The balcony was excellent for drying washing but the air-conditioning struggled to cool the room. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

First hotel had massive bank of air con units outside the window so impossible to open the window because of the heat and the noise. Second room the windows didn't open. Decor was very old fashioned, bed uncomfortable, no internet in the bedroom (worked OK in receptioin). Good point - in a busy shopping street, bus from airport stops nearby

Internet was good but room was poorly presented, dark and hot. (Apparently too early for air conditioning). Two guests left with no towels and unhelpful staff. Whole hotel could do with an upgrade! Room was clean but many fridges were broken. Would not wish to stay here again.
