Dekat dengan bandara tetapi tidak bisa lewat, perlu transportasi, kasur kecil dan bantal tipis Saya pesan 3 bantal lagi tidak ada yang datang.

Pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan, check-in lancar dan mudah. Lokasi bagus. Namun saya merasa tata graha bisa menjadi sedikit lebih baik. Kadang-kadang saya menghabiskan sepanjang hari di luar dan kembali hanya untuk menemukan kamar saya belum selesai dan mereka akhirnya datang larut malam untuk menanyakan apakah saya ingin kamar saya dibersihkan.

Small but comfortable room. £26 return shuttle bus for a 5 min trip seemed excessive. Need to facto in to cost of room.

Decent. Nothing really to complain about. A little bit expensive in the Bar if anything. Good gym though and nice to have a pool and sauna. Decent Breakfast selection. Would stay again.

I booked a standard room for 1 night and it was a really terrible experience. Actually, I read all the comments about this hotel (good and bad) and I don't feel like it was that bad at that time. Until I stayed for a night, I realized that all the comments are real.
--Poor staff service:
1) The frontdesk staff (Male) doesn't know how to work on the check in process. I asked him it is ok if i do the check in here, he said yes. Clearly, he knows nothing. Just don't assign him to do that task, if he is not capable of.
2) Poor handwriting. Misleading . Not willing to help customers attitudes. I asked what's the number on the card. It's written like 'H101', actually is '4101'. I asked that staff and she replied with terrible attitude and laughed at me 'is it hard to understand?' with sarcasm.
Cleanliness:
1) I changed the room twice. Not clean at all, with the fast food packages in the room.
Suggestion:
1) Please provide some proper training to the staff about their attitudes towards customers and understanding about their tasks.

Very close to Heathrow terminals 3 and 2. Hopper bus takes you quickly there. Rooms are clean and nice. Service desks are very helpful and in the most part pleasant.

I’ve been here before, and it was okay. But I had come back from a long haul flight and was due to take another Business flight the next day, so I needed to sleep. There was only one person at Reception and the place was crowded. I went to my room and it smelt of the toilet. After a long wait, I was sent to another which already had a man in it. And then came back down and there were just so many people at Reception that I went into the office, and I said I really need my room. I was transferred to another hotel. Not impressed.

To be fair, if anyone rates over 4, they used to live in the jungle.
Logistics sucks, you can’t call help for the shuttle, because nobody gonna answer the call.
Security, the door lock is broken and make sure you double check the electric lock, it kinda stuck there.
For the room, the only thing they provide are tissue and water. For the others, please prepare yourself.
For any enquires, they take decade to answer the room service call.
If you really try to find a nice room to enjoy your night, big NO. If you just request for a cozy bed to sleep, it kinda of do.
