The location is very convenient, right next to JR Akita Station, close to the city’s tourist attractions. It‘s great that the hotel has a gym, and the restaurant on the top floor also has local characteristics, good service, and delicious food. But for some reason, the door of my room could not be closed normally, which made me very confused.

Crowne Plaza Hotel is under IHG group, a well known hotel group. Upgraded the room with VIP lounge access, enjoyed free great dinner and breakfast ☺️

Ana Crowne is in the city centre and close to everything. Within walking distance there are lots of good reviewed restaurants and cafes. Very clean and we got a great city view from room. Highly recommend

Old hotel , gym equipment very old . Disappointed. Breakfast decent . No hot spring .

It is within walking distance to the JR station. Room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are nice and polite. Breakfast should be more selection is better. We will return in future.

Room size is good consider modt japan hotel is quite compact. They provide choice of essential oil and eye mask and beaded pillow upon request. The only disappointment is the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. The buffet dinner is more for group tour.

Good location. Easy to access. Good facilities with gim and sauna. Breakfast is delicious. But the room temperature cannot be adjusted!

4min-walk from Akita station and lots lf restaurants and convenience stores near by. Clean and comfy and spacious room.

Really great hotel with lots of amenities. Buffet dinner and breakfast was tasty. Really close to the station. Even if it was raining I didnt need an umbrella to go to the station from the hotel. Staff is accompanied.

Impressive. Excellent services, room is clean, size is just for Japanese standard. Two recommendations (not complaint), 1. Adding smoking room on first floor or roof top will be better. The room on twelve floor is too small and improper located as it share with two restaurants. 2. Coin laundry is need especially if travel in continue mode (My trip was Fukuoka-Tokyo-Niigata-Akita (In city and at Odate)-Tokyo) therefore laundry is necessary as laundry services is not match with my itinerary time. Compare to Hotel Sunroute which has coin laundry in the hotel or shop nearby. Conclusion is The ANA will be my first choice on next trip.
