Ulasan Rodon Hotel and Resort

On the mountains , good location on the way to Troodos mountains. Fully renovated and very good services. The breakfast was also very good with many options.

Nice hotel and clean

Generally we have enjoyed our stay! Wonderful location, view, many available amenities, deco of the hotel, family atmosphere, friendly staff and food -especially buffet. But the first cold night the heating, that we paid for, was out of service air condition and central. The people that were available to talk to at night in the reception weren't able to help. The next morning they manage to send a technician- that we demanded -and the problem was fixed but nobody came us to discuss any payback to us in any way as it was a lost paid service. Plus, despite that I have booked a room for two adults and two kids, 9-year-old and less than two years,they told me that they could not see that at their system. They said that, they will arrange it. Finally they charged us without any prior notice, despite I have paid online our stay.

Breakfast was ok. There was an electricity issue from 5:40 am . We call reception at 6:20 they told us they were trying to fix it with no giving timelines. I told them i have an infant as he was cold, and they did not help at all. The electricity did not come back at least until 8 and they did not show any support or offer any help.

Μέσα στον Νοέμβριο κάναμε δύο διαφορετικές κρατήσεις αρχές και τέλος του μηνός μας έδωσαν σχεδόν το ίδιο δωμάτιο δηλαδή ήταν 223 μετά 225 τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν κλιματισμό και θέρμανση όλα ελεγχόμενα από την διεύθυνση αν θέλουν σου θέτουν αυτή την παροχή!! Το κρύο το νοιώθεις είναι παντού!! Καλό πρωινό και το μπουφέ μπορώ να πω έκαναν φιλότιμες προσπάθειες!! Επίσης στα δωμάτια δε παρέχουν βραστήρα τουλάχιστον να κάναμε κανένα ζεστό ρόφημα!! Το ξενοδοχείο με λίγη προσπάθεια μπορεί να βελτιωθεί κατακόρυφα επίσης κατέλαβαν προσπάθεια να είναι όμορφα στολισμένο λόγω Χριστουγέννων!!! Το συστήνω γιατί μου αρέσει η περιπέτεια και η άγρια φύση!!!

We had a fantastic family stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were perfect for all ages. The service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately it wasn't such a good experience. We have booked half-board. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy, but ok. The problem was the dinner. Poor food, poor selection. Ate lots of bread just to kill the hunger. The room was decent. The mattresses weren't. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. Went there two years back, was better, but not this time.

I check in on Friday and check out on Sunday During my stay I was very disappointed since I saw Ants on the floor around the bed, in the bathroom Sink was block and the water was there for more than 10 minutes, and the most disappointing was when I open the door to enter the bedroom a cat sitting on the bed

Very unprofessional behavior. One night the personnel had a party and we couldn't sleep from the loud music until 2 in the morning. The receptionist on my call told me that I had to wait until the party was over! I had to call the manager and even the manager didn't understand that this is a hotel and the customers want to sleep! The furniture in the suite was broken and dirty. Very poor breakfast, just very basic items.

It was terrible. The food was terrible and the service and staff where very rude and very slow . It is horrible. I am not coming back to this hotel. The view was disgusting . Tge room was not clean.I dont have words to say. I don't recommend you to come

I stayed over a weekend at The Rondon hotel Agros. The accommodation was excellent. Very clean spacious rooms with a small balcony and refreshing view of the mountain side. We ate at the Buffet and the service and food was Excellent and a wide variety to impress most people. My favourite place at the hotel was down by the lower pool area where we were sitting under a beautiful canopy of grapevine plants growing beautiful above us as a pergola and protecting us from the sun. The Saturday night we ate at the buffet once again and moved to another part of the hotel where there was a man playing and a woman singing beautiful greek songs and we were also able to get up and have a dance and enjoy the night away. Definitely a beautiful hotel and a wonderful place to visit up in the mountains and only 45 odd mins from Lefkosia

We went to eat at the a la carte restaurant and my pork stew was stone cold so I asked for it to be reheated. My partner had souvlaki and it was very tough. For 45 euros it was a huge disappointment. We wouldn't stay at the hotel based on this. The serving staff were very polite and friendly however. Not their fault.
