The mattress is damp, and the walls are very moldy. The room has a strong musty smell. The price is somewhat higher compared to other hotels of the same star rating, but the mold issue is much more severe here than in other places. When I just entered the room, the crockcoach flew around inside the room. There is no bedframe , ahead on your head when u sleep is the moldy wall. I hope the owner can make improvements because the location is great, and it's such a pity.

I was surprised when i checked in, that it's a room without windows. Room smelled musty and fortunately the reception gave me an extra key card to keep the air-con running. Bedside tables were also not cleaned with hair around. On the whole it's a pretty run down hotel. Will look for other accommodation in future.

Counter say don't have my booking, it spend about 20-30minute, calling supervisor also says don't have, need to upgrade service, lain lain semua OK saja, location very best

Wrong type of room assigned. Sheets not very clean. Disappointed as this is not my first visit.

The room enviroment is wet,including the bed sheet and pillow were damp. Asking permision for room change were decline. First time going to request there nobody at counter at night shift. Second time the night shift guy were praying. Third time going to request said that room has been used and cant be change. And give me reason that wet enviroment is normal. Not recommended for this amount of money. Bed and pillow were disgusting. Service were bad for night shift. Day shift guy were more friendly.

位置非常的好,離商場就100米左右。房間是小了點不過該有的都還是有的。床墊毛巾是乾淨的,空調也夠冷。讓我意外的是電視節目裏還有翡翠和HBO頻道。

這個房間來説比較差,潮濕,陰暗。到了辦裏入住3分鐘,我就直接不住了,跟酒店經理協商退款,他們無法做到,所以掛在這裏,提醒各位,可以先打車過去看看酒店再來確定是否入住,所以得話,這邊國外的比較僵硬,服務能力差評,建議不要選擇,空間太壓抑了,後面重新定了酒店重新入住,雖然無法退款,但是這個也是真實的評價的權利,防止大家入坑,沒有窗户,我提出了換房間加錢,酒店也説衹能看圖片,不允許上去看。氣不過來。真的是。 The condition of this room was quite poor—damp and dim. Just 3 minutes after checking in, I immediately decided not to stay. When negotiating a refund with the hotel manager, they refused to accommodate, so I’m posting this here as a warning: It’s better to take a taxi to inspect the hotel firsthand before confirming your stay. Overseas hotels tend to be inflexible, and their service capabilities deserve criticism—I strongly advise against choosing this one. The space felt extremely oppressive. Later, I rebooked another hotel (though unable to get a refund here), but this is my honest review to prevent others from falling into the same trap. The room had no windows, and when I asked to switch rooms (even offering to pay extra), the hotel insisted I could only view photos online, not inspect rooms in person. Infuriating. Truly awful.

位置很好,吃喝購物休閑娛樂都方便。平台上註明房間有“城景”,可到店拿到的是無窗房,交涉無果,不明白這城景指的是什麼?
