exhibitions with lots of colorful flowers and gorgeous greenery. Of course this time of year not everything has bloomed yet so I can only imagine it's even more stunning later in the season. Photo ops galore, many places to eat, easy access to bathrooms, and great shopping, especially if you're looking for bulbs. We purchased the entry and bus ticket combo. It's convenient but be prepared to wait in lines outside in both directions.m

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be highly overrated. The bathroom was in poor condition and not up to standard. The room itself was incredibly small and uncomfortable. Overall, nothing about this hotel justifies the high price. I would not recommend staying here.

It is very good hotel. It has good location and cleanliness and kindness for first time in Beligum. I hope to go again.

Reservation Made 2 adt + 1 chd On arrival a double bed. We waited 1h30 for a decision from the hotel manager (05/19 in the evening) which could have been taken in 20 minutes Thanks to the Trop.Com customer service that I had (line in English available 24/24) the situation was resolved (thanks to my interlocutor that very efficient evening). I advanced the charges for another bedroom suite as discussed with trip.com. This amount was refunded to me within 24 hours by the trip financial department after sending the payment receipts (very fast refund, thank you). Thank you to my interlocutor Christ.... for his efficiency in solving the problem via his customer service. I strongly recommend this site to those who do not know it. Même en comparaison de tarifs ( voyage. hôtel, location etc) il est : " THE BEST"

the facilities, the breakfast and a Spanish girl at the reception was the best, the rest I don't think I would return or recommend, everything started bad from the first minute I set foot in the reception, an employee yelling and humiliating in front of all the customers to a receptionist….. then another girl at the reception literally treated me as a liar…. I made the reservation with trip.com and I reserved two nights with breakfast, I paid for that obviously, but the girl at the reception told me over and over again that this was not the case, not even showing the reservation confirmation, she made me feel like a lying in front of several customers. In the end, after contacting trip, another employee at the reception (Spanish woman) treated me very well and solved the problem in 5 minutes, I don’t remember her name, but I’m sure many employees there can learn a little bit from her, that how to treat a customer with respect and professionalism..

Shower was broken. Hair was found on the desk. Bath handle was loose and almost fallen. Not value for money

The location of the hotel is great. Supermarket and KFC downstairs for food & drinks. The front desk and Bar staff are friendly and helpful.

Bed is firm and comfortable. 10 euro per hour late check out. Overall pleasant stay.

シャンプーはあるが、リンスはない。 観光スポットは中央駅付近にあるので、電車または数十分歩いて行くことになる。 USBコンセントがない。ケータイやタブレットなど複数のものを充電する人は、cタイプの変換プラグを複数持っていかないと不便だった。 空港までのバスや電車が出ている駅なので、空港へ行くにはアクセスが良い。 ユーロスターは南駅に止まるので電車で北駅に行き、ホテル まで歩いていける。

比較滿意，房間比較大，遇到了一位華裔前台，給了我們一間同級別最好的房間，非常感謝他。酒店早餐值得表揚，很豐盛。

酒店挺乾淨的，位置非常好，在地鐵口。不錯
