Ada sampo, tapi tidak ada kondisioner. Tempat wisata ini terletak di dekat stasiun pusat, jadi Anda bisa naik kereta atau berjalan kaki selama beberapa menit. Tidak ada outlet USB. Orang yang mengisi daya banyak barang, seperti ponsel dan tablet, harus membawa beberapa colokan konversi tipe C, dan hal ini merepotkan. Ini adalah stasiun yang memiliki bus dan kereta api ke bandara, sehingga mudah untuk mencapai bandara. Very convenient location with only 1 min walk to metro. Big hotel with a lot of rooms and the rooms are in good size. Rooms are clean and nice and with coffee machine provided as well.

The room is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly too ! On this level that we stayed, there is a gym and sauna room too. We really enjoyed our stay here. Will stay in this hotel again if were to travel to Belgium again. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good place to rest and easy travelling to places like Grand Place, Mont des Art, Brussels North Train Station, etc. This hotel is also near to the station Rogier, it is within walking distance. Hence, it is easy to travel to other places. Many shops and eateries nearby. There is a beautiful Starbucks nearby too. Do have a cup of coffee there and enjoy. If you are looking for soup noodles, you must try Pho Pho opposite Thon Hotel. The noodles and soup are very tasty!

Worth it for the view from the sauna! Hotel room was OK, but a little noisy. Staff were friendly but cleaners came into our room three times while we were inside. Excellent location for transport links but be mindful of red-light areas

They steal money, 180 euro deposit. They dont pay it back, after mail and talking with the receptioniste.

Great location, clean and honestly nothing to complain about

exhibitions with lots of colorful flowers and gorgeous greenery. Of course this time of year not everything has bloomed yet so I can only imagine it's even more stunning later in the season. Photo ops galore, many places to eat, easy access to bathrooms, and great shopping, especially if you're looking for bulbs. We purchased the entry and bus ticket combo. It's convenient but be prepared to wait in lines outside in both directions.m

ALL GOOD with excellent reception staff support. Fortunately, they advised me NOT to park my park in the streets around the corner of the hotel because foreigners's car happened to have their windows smashed. So I parked in the Hotel parking to secure my car. Looks like this neighborghood is not safe...

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be highly overrated. The bathroom was in poor condition and not up to standard. The room itself was incredibly small and uncomfortable. Overall, nothing about this hotel justifies the high price. I would not recommend staying here.

It is very good hotel. It has good location and cleanliness and kindness for first time in Beligum. I hope to go again.

Reservation Made 2 adt + 1 chd On arrival a double bed. We waited 1h30 for a decision from the hotel manager (05/19 in the evening) which could have been taken in 20 minutes Thanks to the Trop.Com customer service that I had (line in English available 24/24) the situation was resolved (thanks to my interlocutor that very efficient evening). I advanced the charges for another bedroom suite as discussed with trip.com. This amount was refunded to me within 24 hours by the trip financial department after sending the payment receipts (very fast refund, thank you). Thank you to my interlocutor Christ.... for his efficiency in solving the problem via his customer service. I strongly recommend this site to those who do not know it. the facilities, the breakfast and a Spanish girl at the reception was the best, the rest I don't think I would return or recommend, everything started bad from the first minute I set foot in the reception, an employee yelling and humiliating in front of all the customers to a receptionist….. then another girl at the reception literally treated me as a liar…. I made the reservation with trip.com and I reserved two nights with breakfast, I paid for that obviously, but the girl at the reception told me over and over again that this was not the case, not even showing the reservation confirmation, she made me feel like a lying in front of several customers. In the end, after contacting trip, another employee at the reception (Spanish woman) treated me very well and solved the problem in 5 minutes, I don’t remember her name, but I’m sure many employees there can learn a little bit from her, that how to treat a customer with respect and professionalism..
