Ulasan Magri's Hotel

We stayed there 2 days. The lady reception was very helpful but the male wasn’t.

Unfortunately my flight was cancelled so I could not stay at Magris There was no refund However I tried to contact them even before the flight was cancelled and their phone did not work I wanted to find out about transport from the airport Sadly the lack of communication and service before I even got there would stop me trying to re- book Maybe it was good luck that Wizzair cancelled last minute- though it didn’t seem like it at the time 😭

Lovely service, though a little slow at breakfast (nobody behind the buffet, I thought it was self-service). The room was clean and well stocked. The only things I'd change would be the fire alarm/emergency lights in room are very bright, and the drains needed cleaning to drain faster. Food was lovely, but a wider choice for dinner would be appreciated. The room service menu differs too much to the menu at dinner. Good location near airport & train stations for getting into the city & to other areas like Pompei, Herculaneum, Sorrento etc. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Location isn’t exactly the city center but it’s close enough, friendly staff & clean rooms— the only flaw was that my room was a non smoking room but it still smelled like smoke. But overall, good experience, definitely recommend!

The hotel staff was super friendly. The evening shuttle worked very good but the driver is very punctual so don’t be even a minute late. Breakfast was awesome with lots of choices. As for location, you get what you paid for plus a shuttle in the late afternoon every hour and free breakfast . Awesome deal for Naples. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is a little far from Naples Airport, so it's best to take a taxi. There are many Chinese companies, shops, and restaurants around. The hotel service is good and the rooms are clean. If you are transiting in Naples or arriving late on an international flight, this is an ideal place to rest.

In the Chinese area, you will hear the sound of firecrackers in the distance at night, which makes you feel like you are in China. It's a pity that the restaurants close early.

Very nice and well-equipped hotel. Unfortunately, the location is a bit out of the way so it takes a while to get to the city center. The best option here would be to take a taxi or train.

The parking is convenient, the location is good, and the surrounding area is quiet. However, the hotel is a bit cold, the quilt is very thin, and the air conditioning is not powerful. The hotel's breakfast is not a buffet, but it is not bad.

This hotel in Naples is quite good. It is clean overall, easy to get in and out of, with a large free parking lot and many Chinese restaurants around.

I originally booked this four-star hotel, but because of renovations, they moved me to a three-star hotel owned by the same company, and assigned me a room with a very bad experience. Of course, after I went to communicate, they changed the room and gave me a free dinner.

The English of the female waitress at the front desk was very Italian, and the service was cold. We asked for an extra quilt and bed sheet, but it was not delivered after waiting for a long time. There was no phone in the room, so we had to run downstairs to tell the front desk. The male front desk staff had a good attitude and called to urge us immediately, and it was delivered very quickly. Breakfast cannot be self-service. The waiter will bring you whatever you want, but it is difficult to communicate in Italian. They give you too much, and it is also a waste if you don't like it. I don't understand what the hotel is thinking? The day we went there was Italy's Liberation Day, and the whole country was on holiday. We lived a few kilometers away from the old town, and thought we would not be affected. As a result, we were awakened by the noise in the middle of the night. More than 10 men and women came out of the dance hall of another hotel, drinking and smoking, singing and dancing, as if they were as excited as ****. The noise was so loud that I thought the windows were not closed. I got up and saw that the windows were all closed. The windows were soundproofed too poorly, and it didn't stop until after 2 o'clock in the morning.

The surrounding environment is not so good, but the interior of the hotel is OK.
