Ulasan Magri's Hotel

Parkirnya nyaman, lokasinya bagus, dan lingkungan sekitar tenang. Namun hotelnya agak dingin, selimutnya sangat tipis, dan AC-nya kurang bertenaga. Sarapan hotelnya bukan buffet, tapi tidak buruk.

We stayed there 2 days. The lady reception was very helpful but the male wasn’t.

Unfortunately my flight was cancelled so I could not stay at Magris There was no refund However I tried to contact them even before the flight was cancelled and their phone did not work I wanted to find out about transport from the airport Sadly the lack of communication and service before I even got there would stop me trying to re- book Maybe it was good luck that Wizzair cancelled last minute- though it didn’t seem like it at the time 😭

Lovely service, though a little slow at breakfast (nobody behind the buffet, I thought it was self-service). The room was clean and well stocked. The only things I'd change would be the fire alarm/emergency lights in room are very bright, and the drains needed cleaning to drain faster. Food was lovely, but a wider choice for dinner would be appreciated. The room service menu differs too much to the menu at dinner. Good location near airport & train stations for getting into the city & to other areas like Pompei, Herculaneum, Sorrento etc. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Location isn’t exactly the city center but it’s close enough, friendly staff & clean rooms— the only flaw was that my room was a non smoking room but it still smelled like smoke. But overall, good experience, definitely recommend!

The hotel staff was super friendly. The evening shuttle worked very good but the driver is very punctual so don’t be even a minute late. Breakfast was awesome with lots of choices. As for location, you get what you paid for plus a shuttle in the late afternoon every hour and free breakfast . Awesome deal for Naples. I highly recommend this place.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Die Lage ist leider etwas außerhalb sodass man etwas braucht um ins Stadtzentrum zu gelangen. Beste Option hier wäre mit dem Taxi oder per Zug.

酒店離那不勒斯機場有點距離，最好打車過去，周邊比較多中國人的公司，店鋪，及餐廳。酒店服務好，房間整潔，如果是那不勒斯轉機或者很晚到達的國際航班，這是個理想的休息場所。

前台女服務員的英語意大利口音非常重，服務冷冰冰的，我們要多一床被子和床單，等了很久也沒送來，房間沒電話，衹能又跑下去一趟跟前台説，男前台服務人員態度挺好，馬上打電話催，很快就送來了。早餐不能自助，你要什麼服務員給你拿，但都是意大利語很難溝通，給的多，不愛吃的也浪費，不明白酒店怎麼想的？去的當天是意大利解放日，全國放假，我們住的離老城有幾公里遠，本以為不受影響，結果半夜被喧鬧聲吵醒，另一家酒店的舞廳裏出來男男女女10多個人，喝酒抽煙不説又唱又跳，好像****一樣的興奮，聲音大的以為沒關窗子，起來看了窗子都關了，窗子隔音太差了，一直到夜裡2點多才消停。

本來定的是這家四星酒店，然後因為裝修原因，把我搞到他們同一家公司旗下的三星酒店，給我分配了一個體驗感巨差的房間。當然後面我去交流後給換了一個房間，另外還送了一份免費晚餐。

Séjour parfait ! L'hôtel est très agréable et très acceuillant !

華人區域，晚上會聽到遠方傳來像是鞭炮聲，像在國内的感覺。可惜餐廰都很早打烊。

在那不勒斯這樣的酒店 算是很不錯的了，整體乾淨，車輛進出方便，有免費的大型停車場，周圍中餐廳很多，，
