Terrible customer service from the hotel and trip customer service. Had some issue with the booking but trip customer service kept insisting that that the hotel not replying and couldn't help.

酒店位置優越，離着機場20分鐘的車程，離着CTICC（國際會展中心）也衹有2.3百米的路程，對於來開普敦開會又擔心治安的來説，是一個比較理想的酒店選擇。酒店房間也比較寬敞，設施齊全，電水壺也有，中規中矩四星酒店。早餐豐盛，各種食物和飲料都還不錯，我在這裏住了九個晚上也沒覺得早餐不好。推薦給大家。
