Excellent and wonderful Hotel!The service crew is friendly and has a close up smile! 😁

Good location near World Trade Center with clean room. Does not have a refrigerator as an amenity.

Okey nmn compare to others, malinis at tahimik. Tagal lng ng service nag book ako try trip.com pna antay pko ng almost 20 mins. Unlike sa other branch bilis. So far okey nmn .

I asked extra matress but it takes 1hr b4 they brought it, and i noticed that their white bed sheet & linen are very old.

very nice staff and room is spacious and clean cOmplete amenities, but nO bathrob😉👌

We can't rest well cause the walls from the was not sound proof we can here all vehicles sounds outside a bit off when we arrive to the room is not yet ready without beddings on the bed. Not worth paying.

i think its chicken hotel bcos there is hourly rate there, matress is No and there is no blanket, very thin one only.Still no issue tho as all is working fine.But location wise is not good , many beggars and homeless, feel insecure.Maybe Makati is the best place to stay in Manila.

The aircon is not good in our room

-The staff are kind and respectful. -We just had an issue with our check-out date. It didn't match the date I booked.

Everything is soo good. Will recommend for couples. Malapit lang din sa PICC
