Menurut saya hotel ini sangat bagus. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan Anda dapat melihat pemandangan Burj Al Arab. Kolam renangnya juga bagus dan ada musik live. Restorannya memiliki banyak pilihan makanan dan staf layanan di sini semuanya 10 poin. Pelayanannya ramah sangat baik. Jika ada kesempatan lain kali saya akan memilih hotel ini lagi dan terus menginap.

Second stay. Definitely worth the price. Comfortable stay.

It's a great hotel, that is clean, modern and has excellent staff. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel that's not too far from Central Dubai, this is a great option

Great breakfast, but location all new construction area , noisy and dirty around the hotel.

I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s further out from main strip

I recently stayed at The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Dubai. While my stay was not bad overall, I encountered several issues that made it somewhat confusing and uncomfortable at times. Upon checking in, the staff member asked if I spoke Russian or English, but unfortunately, he couldn’t communicate well in either language. This made interactions a bit challenging and confusing. The concierge who helped me with my bags seemed to linger in my room, giving the impression he was expecting a tip, which felt awkward. On my second day, which happened to be my birthday, the hotel kindly brought a birthday cake and some fruits to my room. However, the concierge’s presence while delivering these items again created a situation where it felt like a tip was expected, which was unpleasant. Regarding cleanliness, I was disappointed to find long hair in my bathroom. As a hotel owner itself (different country), I ensure that every room and bathroom is cleaned thoroughly to avoid such issues. Finding someone’s hair made me feel that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned well, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, I expected to have basic amenities like toothbrushes in my room, but I had to call the concierge to get them. While this is acceptable, I believe that when paying a premium for a service, all amenities should be readily available in the room. The accommodation itself was quite good and met my expectations. However, during checkout, I faced another issue. The staff helped me order a taxi, but when I expressed my preference for a different service, they insisted theirs was better and started looking at my phone. This invasion of my privacy was highly uncomfortable. Overall, while the hotel offered a comfortable stay, the communication barriers, cleanliness issues, perceived pressure for tips, lack of basic amenities, and privacy invasion during checkout detracted from the experience.

The gym is very small and the facilities are very limited

Nothing to trumpet about the service at the front desk. The problem was that thr customer would not made to feel he is welcomed.

The staff were great, location is good on Jumeirah side. We were on 29th floor which has a restaurant Ns a bar and on Thursday night there were some noises but not that much disturbing. The pool was great and suitable for child. There was a construction near this hotel which was noisy on the mornings. Total experience was good

From the moment we set foot in the hotel to the week later when we left, we cannot compliment enough the attitudes and professionalism of ALL the staff at this hotel. They always had a smile on their face, were very welcoming and went out of their way to help you when you needed assistance. The location of the hotel was quite far out- it cost us 230AED to get from the airport on arrival. But to be honest, after becoming more aware of resources around, we returned back to the airport in a taxi for 30AED. The hotel offers a free shuttle service straight to the Dubai Mall. They have other shuttles to other malls too. Just wish they’d offered more shuttle times to and back from the malls. The latest return to the hotel was 5.45pm. But taxi’s back at later times cost around 80AED. The hotel itself was lovely and clean. The bedroom was airy and spacious. It was cleaned everyday. We had breakfast every day of our stay. I had read reviews before I went about how the breakfast was the same everyday. All I can say to that is that whilst they did offer the same things every day, there is so much variety- from cereals to cooked meals, breads to cakes, fruit, vegetables and salads. We have loved the experience of staying at this hotel and definitely would go back again!
