very friendly front desk receptionist that helped me with my check in to ensure it was all smooth. pleasantly surprised that they over 'take-away' for their hotel breakfast too ! slight downside was the rooms weren't very soundproof, was repeatedly awaken by the knockings next door.

Located in Kramat road near Orchard Rd ✅ Budget hotel ✅ (No amenities included: bottled water, soap,shampoo,toothbrush and toothpaste) Near to 7/11, Bus stop(2min walk Orchard Rd), MRT stations(5min walk Dhoby Ghaut),shopping malls(5min walk Centerpoint & plaza singapora), restaurants, tourist attractions ✅ Very friendly and accommodating staff and owner 💯 What you pay, is what you get ✅ Old hotel(dont expect anything fancy) but if you’re just looking for a place to just sleep and rest, then HOTEL SUPREME IT IS! PS: we are always out, walking around. Go out at 7am, back at 9pm 😆

I stayed here for 4 days and was very satisfied with my room. I will come again next time. I have recommended it to my friends. 1. About service: At first I thought it was a homestay, but in fact the room was cleaned every day. The front desk reception was also very friendly, no deposit, and the check-in and check-out were very fast. 2. About the room: There were 4 of us, and we originally wanted to book two rooms, but we were afraid that the two rooms were too far apart. The connecting room and family room were expensive and the room was too small. This two-bedroom apartment perfectly solved this problem. It has 94 square meters of two bedrooms, one living room, two bathrooms and one kitchen. The master bedroom has a 1.8-meter double bed, a super large wardrobe, a dressing table, two floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large bathroom (sink, toilet, bathtub, separate shower room). The second bedroom has two single beds + wardrobe. The aisle is a locker and the second bathroom (sink, toilet, separate shower room). The living room is very large, with a sofa, a TV, a 4-person dining table, two floor-to-ceiling windows, and a balcony that can be walked out. The kitchen can be used for cooking, with complete home appliances, and a place for drying clothes. My mother hates my father's snoring, so we put the mattress in the living room at night, and it became three bedrooms. We restored it in the morning to avoid trouble for others. 3. About comfort: Although my room is next to the elevator, I can't hear any noise. Both bedrooms are facing the street, and the street is also very quiet. The softness and hardness of the bed and the height of the pillow are very comfortable. The best thing is the design of the central air-conditioning. You can't feel the wind at all, and you can't hear any sound of the air-conditioning, but the room is very cool, unlike some hotels, where the air-conditioning is either blowing on the feet or the head, and even blowing the whole bed. The room is clean, without insects, mosquitoes, cockroaches. The hotel has a swimming pool and the overall environment is good. 4. About location: There are 711 and roadside snacks around. The Little Swallow Tomato Hotpot at Clarke Quay is highly recommended. It is also very close to other attractions, but we have two elderly people and a child who can't walk very well. We all take Grab taxis. There are many cars nearby and the speed is very fast. The cost of taking a taxi is two or three hundred yuan a day, which is cheaper than chartering a car. You can also go back to the hotel for a nap at noon.

On my 2nd day, the place seems a lot better. The bus stop right in front of the hotel is a great comfort specially if coming from a long walk. The water dispenser helps ave a lot of money considering buying a bottled water is really expensive. Having a refillable bottle also helps. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Great water pressure. A long good shower is needed after a whole day outside the Singapore weather. Some places to visit are a good walk away. Hong Lim Park nearby. Train stations are about 8-10 minutes away.

The view from my window was a delightful bonus, overlooking the lush gardens. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was a feast, offering a wide array of international cuisines. I also enjoyed dinner at the specialty restaurant, where the food was both innovative and delicious. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax and unwind. The spa services were a perfect way to rejuvenate after a day of exploring. Overall, my experience at the Grand Hyatt Singapore was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, luxurious accommodations, and prime location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the city. So good! I come here before the place in the past were a bit old for the furniture but cleanliness wise is great, today i come back, it become excellent! The service not to mention fantastic. Staff is kind enough to serve you from door to lift and even care about which room you staying to serve you the best. I really like here so much. I really really have to praise THE SUPER CLEAN BEDSHEET AND ORDOURLESS PILLOW WHICH I AM SUPER IMPRESSED. THOUGH THE ROOM AND HOTEL IS QUITE AGED FROM MY VIEW OF POINT HOWEVER THEY MAINTAIN A SUPER CLEAN BED AND QUILT COVER, MATTRESS FROM MY EXPERIENCE. THIS HOTEL IS CLEAN, VINTAGE VIBE DESIGN, VERY TRADITIONAL VIBE VINTAGE HOTEL BUT CLASSY AND SUPER CLEAN. REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE ALOT, THE SERVICE EXCELLENT. VERY THOUGHTFUL FOE THE GUEST.

Pretty clean and convenient hotel, not situated in the typical non-touristy area of Singapore. Tons of food options in the area with it being situated in Katong, which is laid back neighbourhood with bars/cafes/malls in the vicinity too. No onsite parking available but there’s road side parking. Situated near to the expressway that connects to Changi Airport, which is perfect for those looking for quick rest before heading to the airport. Only issue was some cobwebs on the roof of the toilet which was requested to be cleaned. Likely due to the housekeeping staff being short or probably because I am tall which I might run into it. 🤣 Room size isn’t that huge but cosy enough, no fascinating views since its shophouses and previously one of Hotel 81’s chain that was converted IIRC. Will visit again!

Big room, amazing kids pool. They provide free shuttle bus to Yishun MRT. Provide washing machine a d dryer too. There are shops and restaurants near. Overall, very nice experience there, definitely will come back to stay there again.

There is microwave n cooking hood if you want to do your own cooking. Also got plate , bowl, pot n wok, spoon n fork. The fridge also got 1 small freezer n a portion to put wine. Place very near ntuc too to buy food for cooking.
