One of the coziest hotels for staycation as the floor, walls & furnitures used are all purposely designed to mimic home conditions. Very clean and organised as well

This is the second time I’m visiting here ! This time round booked the one bedroom deluxe room and it really impressed me ! Looks much bigger compared to the ones shown in the picture

had a good stay at the hotel. had special request as it was our anniversary but unfortunately the hotel didn’t fulfil the special request. But overall it was still a positive experience as the bed was comfy and big
Note: the tv couldn’t connect to the Bluetooth speaker and watch YouTube and Netflix etc

Initially I called for an early checkin, as we were celebrating 3 of my friends birthday. However not only, it could not be done and the receptionist who answered my call have to make me repeat myself 4x on my booking details and confirmation despite me saying in English and she kept giving me the wrong informations.
I only checked in at 3.30pm and the room wasn’t really clean at all there was nose **** on the wall and only 1 usable toilet as the other was faulty .
So overall this is not worth the price I paid for despite going there just for 1day in a executive 2 bedroom. But the view was good.

Oakwood Premier AMTD Singapore was the place i proposed to my wife and we selected this place for our wedding anniversary staycation as well because they have good service, facilities is clean and tidy. Really love the concept of the toilet. When we check in, the friendly staff know that we are there for our wedding anniversary, she send up a cake to surprise us as well. All the staff were really friendly and always greeting us with smile. Unfortunately i didn't take a photo of the place.

Booked a two bedroom apar**ent with this hotel to stay with my family. Check in at 1pm but was ask to wait for 15 min for the room as it is not ready yet. Went to grab lunch with my family and came back to ask if it is ready but was ask to wait again. Wasted a lot of time waiting for the room. Carpark coupon is only given 1 per night which means if you say for 1 night you only entitled for 1 ticket, this could be better at least 2 ticket per night would be good.
So far everything is not too bad, but family still enjoyed the stay but I might not consider coming back here again.

Love the room, reception service, room service, security guards. Friendly and efficient. 2BR exec was huge with walk-in wardrobe and a bath tub. Need to request for laundry detergent if you want to wash clothes. Rain shower did not have enough pressure though but the shower head was fantastic. Room and pool was nice and clean. They only give you one carpark coupon per room for the whole stay, luckily we stayed during the weekend where rate is per entry so it's not that bad. Carpark is accessed via Maxwell link, and is the basement carpark for OUE Downtown. Hotel lobby is at L7 accessible from B1 carpark. Overall, a great experience.
