Only main issue is complimentary parking is not available for in-house guests even though it is a 5D4N stay. Parking is very expensive, about $3 per hour. About 10min-15min walk to the nearest mall Jcube. About 20min-25min walk to JE MRT.
But the room is spacious. Hotel also provides the 2 Queen Beds as requested which allows the 3 adults to sleep very comfortably.

Location is good, conveniently located near Jurong East MRT station and bus interchange. There are also three shopping malls nearby. Convenient for shopping and many food choices. With a few fast food places and donki which operates for 24 hours, a blessing for foodies!
Room is also clean and spacious, would be better if there could be an additional chair and small coffee table.
The self-check in kiosk not that user friendly though, many room for improvement.

Location is fairly convenient, however the experience was ruined when there were only two counter staff who were inattentive and unprofessional in assistance for check-in. Directed us to the kiosk for self-check-in which failed after multiple tries and I’ve to rejoin the queue.
The counter staff lied about she was unable to check us in manually by the system at the counter and directed us to the kiosk again and failed. Aftermath, she has no other alternative but to check us in at the counter. This is very unprofessional of them and took a long time for them to even complete the process of checking in!
Checkout was a hassle too and counter staff were not proactive and does not set their priorities right!
First visit and never again!

Pretty decent hotel. The room was rather small but they have all the neccessary facilities. But i dont like the check in and check out procedures. Where they insisted doing it via the self check in and out machine. It took me awhile as ot kept prompting error. Other wise, this hotel is quite convenient and quiet.

Super awesome service from Ned during check in and assisted me very patiently with my queries.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Located conveniently near Jurong East MRT, with multiple shopping malls within the vicinity.
Housekeeping were on point with Shwn and Moe, where they never fail to greet you when you do pass by them in the corridor! :)

Hotel location is quite a distance from nearby amenities.
Service was okay as there wasn't a check in queue when I reach.
Cleanliness is very good. Hot water and pressure from shower is prefect.
Basic amenities provided. Nothing fancy.
Room is very spacious, bed is comfortable and I love the unblocked view.
If you are doing business nearby, this hotel will be suitable. Otherwise, it's a long journey to the city centre.
There are nearby attraction like snow city, science centre and jurong bird park though.

Really enjoyed my stay. Check in and check out was a breeze. Stayed in the hotel during a weekday so its really quiet and had a private swimming time as well. Distance to malls is short so i’m able to find food easily. Overall everything is really good. Just that, the hotel robes were not available and it would be nice to use the robes after swimming as I had to walk up the hotel room in a towel because I couldn’t wear back the clothes i was in. This could be improved.
