Our experience at Oberoi surpassed all expectations. It's situated across expansive grounds, which gives each guest ample privacy. Hotel design is meticulous and nothing less than what I’d expect for Oberoi. The on-site restaurant serves up excellent food with a wide selection of choices, compensating for the limited nearby dining choices. Most impressive of all was the personal and impeccable service which warrants a rating beyond the conventional scale. if possible, I would award it six stars. Highly recommend a stay at Oberoi Lombok!

The hotel covers a large area, beautiful scenery, few people, relaxing, many breakfast options, unlimited order, good taste, and excellent service. The experience is excellent. Looking forward to next time

First-class service and complete facilities. The toilet flushes slowly and is easily clogged. When we stayed there, the room was being renovated, and there was a bit of paint smell if we didn't go out at noon.

The service is excellent👍. This is my fourth time in Lombok. I choose different hotels every time. Everyone's service is very good. But The Oberoi's service is really excellent, with explanations, tours, and various rich activities♥️ The hotel's location and scenery are invincible, especially the sunset, swimming pool, and coconut trees, which are a beautiful painting against each other. I stayed for 2 nights and chased the sunset twice. It was a visual and spiritual enjoyment and shock. Food, let's talk about dinner first. It is really the best food I have eaten in Lombok so far. From the presentation to the taste, it is very consistent with the hotel's tone, especially the crab appetizer (I don't remember the name). Breakfast is not a buffet. You can order what you want to eat from the menu. The most important thing is that we checked out. The breakfast reservation on the day was at 5 o'clock. The restaurant did not provide a simple breakfast box, but a very ceremonial room service, which was exactly the same as the standard of dining in the restaurant. It was really good. Finally, for me personally, the peak experience is the meditation 🧘♀️ activity. In a space surrounded by green energy, facing the sea, calmly following the teacher's guidance, sending signals to the universe 📶, moving and happy, super amazing 👍

The second time I came to Lombok Oberoi Hotel ten years later, it was still so charming and beautiful! I like its independent courtyard-style rooms and ethnic architectural style. The service is very thoughtful and meticulous. I feel that the hotel managers pay attention to every detail. I like it very much and I am very satisfied👍

Everything is very good, but it's just a short stay for one day. If I choose again, I will adjust the hotel arrangement and stay for one or two more days. The Catamaran behind you is not a little bit better. Dinner is about 300 per person, with free water, pre-meal bread, appetizers and soup (the portions are small, but very ceremonial). The water in the swimming pool seems to be heated, which is very good, but the water is a little muddy, which may be due to the local water quality. I didn't have time to snorkel and windsurf. In short, it's right to book.

The hotel rooms and the overall environment are good and well maintained. There are various parent-child activities, horse riding, carving, diving, etc. The staff are very professional and have a very good service attitude.

It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. The staff are friendly and the service is attentive. The hotel provides various free activities, which is very suitable for family travel. Breakfast is served a la carte, so don't be scared by the price on the menu. As long as your room rate includes breakfast, you can eat as much as you want without paying extra. My three daughters live in another room, they are 15, 18 and 20 years old respectively. In the end, the hotel did not charge any more including breakfast. This alone is better than any hotel in Bali or even Lombok. , which is also the reason why I will choose Oberoi again next time. The only drawback is that the hotel is in a remote location, with a 40-minute walk from the nearest convenience store.

Service: My husband and I both don't speak English, but everyone in the hotel is very patient. We order much slower than other customers, and they are patiently waiting for us to translate. Special thanks to the waiter OZI, who is a very good partner. If you go, you can ask him for service. He is very patient and will remind us what problems we need to pay attention to when traveling locally, help us call a taxi, and remind us how to buy tickets to T Island. The overall experience is very good 👍 Facilities: The hotel provides many services. If you have children, you can provide a nanny, there are some simple free water projects, and other diving packages. There are free bicycles and motorcycles for rent. It is still very convenient to go to nearby places locally. For others, you can see the pictures I shared. The scenery is really great, and the sea breeze here is super comfortable! ! ! Very suitable for vacation!

A real five-star. Every staff member has a smile. The hotel's swimming pool and sea view are unbeatable. The room is also very comfortable. Everywhere is filled with the fragrance of flowers.
