This was an absolutely gorgeous hotel with delicious food. It was a luxurious experience and Ms. Sonya and the other staff went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience. I highly recommend staying at the Memoire d'Angkor Boutique Hotel in Siem Reap!

Je suis resté dans cet hôtel trois jours durant un circuit et j'en garde un très bon souvenir. La chambre est confortable avec de l'eau, brosse à dent et dentifrice. Bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel est sympathique. Bon plan le supermarché à proximité et le distributeur pour les retraits d'argent.

Petit hôtel au personnel jeune très attentionné et disponible en toutes situations mais demeurant très délicat et discret. Cela contribue à l'ambiance sereine ressentie pour un bâtiment situé en bord d'avenue très fréquentée mais bien insonorisé. L´hotel est loin des bruits assourdissants de pub street.

Easy to find everything

Séjour de 3 nuits dans le cadre d'un circuit début févier 2024. Bel hôtel en centre ville proche de divers commerces. Personnel très avenant et souriant. Piscine agréable. Un dîner tardif de très bonne facture pour notre arrivée. Chambre agréable. Nécessaire thé/café/eau offert. Coffre fonctionnel et chambre très calme la nuit. Bon petit déjeuner avec une petite zone sucrée bien agréable pour les pas fanas des plats salés le matin. Bref, une très bonne étape pour la visite du site d'Angkor.

Memoire Hotel offers a great location for tours of the UNESCO temples of Angkor Wat. Returning after a day of tours you find your bed made, the room cleaned, bath re-suppled, and more. The real treat? Each morning there is a lovely breakfast included and served up by smiling, polite, kind, and well-trained Cambodian university student staff. An excellent way to get the day off to a great start as you tour. The surprise benefit? Stay here and you contribute to the university level training of the next generation of Cambodians who served you breakfast and numerous other workers in training at the hotel. As Ms. Sokha, Receptionist, explained, Memoire has built strong alliances with universities for training and service throughout the hotel. They pay it forward. Highly recommended!

Everything normal

I stayed here 4 years ago and the high standard has remained, despite other hotels closing after the pandemic. I love this hotel for its friendly hospitality and original, quality Cambodian hotel feel. The staff couldn't do enough for us. My adult daughter was with me and we requested that the room not have any chemical residue as she suffers from allergies. They remembered and followed through which was fantastic. The breakfast was impressive! Cereals, fruit and a vast variety of hot food, breads and spreads, as well as extra condiments. The chef cooked us an omelet while we filled our plates. The room was spotless, air-conditioned and comfortable. The twin beds are large with thick foam mattress toppers and a dream to sleep on. Fresh, crisp, white linen and 2 quality pillows each. Our bathroom had a powerful shower and a bath. Our room was serviced daily, including towel changes. Our room overlooked the pool and was quiet, dark and cool. Outside the hotel you can always find a tuk tuk. They are not pushy and reasonably priced. US$2 to Pub Street. This hotel will ALWAYS BE MY CHOICE should I return to Siem Reap. There is a little boutique gift shop in the lobby and they were putting up the Xmas tree as we were leaving.

El hotel está muy limpio y bien decorado al igual que las habitaciones. El personal atento y servicial, aunque hubo un problema con el aire acondicionado de una habitación de unas amigas y no la arreglaron hasta el día siguiente a pesar de asegurarnos que ya estaba bien y no durmieron por el calor. El buffet del desayuno escueto y correcto. Tiene una piscina con algunas tumbonas muy limpia y apañada. Todo bastante bien, aunque lo peor es que está muy alejado del centro y no hay nada alrededor que hacer.

Hotel bien ubicado en torno al Aeropuerto, restaurantes y Angkor Wat. Comodas instalaciones y espaciosa habitación con una cama comfortable. Desayuno buffet bien servido y un gran menú de comida típica para vivir una experiencia culinaria de la región. Sin embargo lo mejor de este hotel es el amable staff que está atento a brindar apoyo para potenciar la experiencia
