Clean, good environment

酒店遠離市區，但也沒有很遠，從市中心打車大概2刀左右。因為主要是想近一點趕去機場，所以總地來説也沒有特別多體驗。

Чудесный отель! Ощущение, что находишься в тропическом саду) Номер - 🔥)) Тишина, чистота, замечательный, дружелюбный персонал. Вкусные завтраки и прекрасный, большой и чистый бассейн ( видели, как утром его чистили каким-то специальным пылесосом 😜) Тут-тук вызывали в Grab , 2-3 $ до центра города. Благодарность персоналу отеля, с удовольствием приедем к вам снова!❤️

酒店房間數不多，地點離市中心有段距離，搭乘嘟嘟車大約10分鐘車程，另外蚊子很多，服務人員態度親切，早餐好吃。

쥐가있었습니다. 오후 부터는 레스토랑서빙 데크스 객실까지 단 한명의 직원이일합니다. 도움받을일이생기면 한참기다려야합니다. 펍스트리트에서 툭툭으로 15분이걸리며 3~5불을 항상써야합니다. 저는 쥐를 본것으로 모자라 밟아버렸는데 세상불편한 기분이들었습니다. 일정을망치고싶지않아 저녁에 다른호텔로 옮겼습니다. 당연히 환불은 못받았구요 5성이라고 써져있는데 30년된 강릉민박집수준입니다.

A small but very comfortable and elegant hotel on the outskirts of Siem Reap town centre. It was a perfect location to stay and explore the wonders of Angkor Wat. The accommodation was first class, the cuisine was delicious and wonderfully prepared and presented. The staff were all extremely friendly and most welcoming. A special mention to Matra, Bryn and Jet who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Thank you all. Highly recommended!

This was our 2nd visit to this absolutely stunning hotel. It's a marvelous place. The accommodation is arranged around a fabulous pool which also has a spa. There's a restaurant on site serving traditional local specialty foods. There is also a poolside restaurant which serves a really good range of well cooked food. The staff are exceptional. They are attentive without being pushy. We felt like part of a caring family. Nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed every second here. It's quiet and a perfwct place to stay to visit the mist marvelous attractions. In short this is s a secret paradise.

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel. Everything was top-notch from the communication before the visit to the transfer back to the hotel by Jet our driver.. The hotel is set back from the road and is very peaceful with beautiful gardens which are tended to daily by the staff. The swimming pool is fabulous. The pool side suite we stayed in was a real treat. Breakfast was super tasty lots of options. But probably a real standout for me was the staff. They are so polite, kind, and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here. One thing to consider is the location. It is a little further out from the centre, but that was not a problem at all as getting a tuc tuc was very easy and cheap.

Super friendly and cozy small hotel - we had own villa consisting of two spacious bed rooms and nice terraces- service was smooth , polite and knowledgeable (they arranged great drivers , guides and transportations for us without any hassle) - pool in front of villas is beautiful and nice to swim after long days in Angkor temple area. Highly recommend

Great little hotel with all the luxuries. feels very much like staying with family. Lovely people, excellent service wonderful and spacious rooms. We loved it so much we have already booked to come back next year.

This was our 3rd visit to Siem Reap. And our third visit to this spectacular hotel. The service is superb. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were lucky The hotel was busy but most guests seem to go out all day so we had the enormous pool to ourselves every day. Breakfasts were included in. the price. Western or Cambodian choice and an amazing choice. Delicious and varied dinner choices at incriblyy low prices by western standards. The hotel will adapt the menu to Suit individual tastes. Beautiful accommodation. Nothing left to chance. We love this place. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Clean, good price, friendly place, close to the center, smily staff, clean and good breakfast, nice wellcome fruit basket, clean pool, large rooms, thanks to the team. Massage was also very good. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THANKS A LOT........

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, the surroundings are lush and green, and the large swimming pool is a great bonus. Delicious breakfast and outstanding value for money! Thank to the team! We will come again.

What a perfect small hotel. Stayed here with my wife & 2 small daughters, we originally booked for 3 nights ended up staying for 5. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff are just amazing and can’t do enough for you, the food is very nice also. The only points I would like to add are there aren’t any shops in walking distance, while taxis are very cheap it would be nice to be able to walk to a shop etc. The children wanted some stuff to play in the swimming pool with (floats ) but there isn’t really anywhere to buy that sort of stuff from. The other small point was we stayed in the presidential suite at first and while the room is very nice and looks amazing, the room is located off the main reception. It has glass sliding doors at the bottom of the steps, reception isn’t covered by someone all the time and I just felt that anyone could have walked up to our room. The other issue is where the room is on top of the reception it’s very loud and the sliding doors open when people walk past them, (delivery woke us up at 4am!) installing access control on the bottom door like the other rooms would work a lot better, the other point is there is cctv overlooking the seating area of the suite, i didn’t like that as I felt there was a lack of privacy. We moved rooms to a double pool access villa and I could not fault that room. Overall it’s a very good hotel, definitely worth the money and I would return. 8/10
