Great experience at the Ji hotel from check in until check out. The hotel is located next to two convenience stores, a5 minute walk away from the nearest mall and around 10 minutes from the nearest metro station. The room was not huge but enough for one person with a big bed and a nice shower. Since my flight was leaving at 10:00 PM and I wanted to walk around the city without having to carry my backpack, they even kept it for me after check out until I picked it back up in the evening. So all in all: 5 out of 5 stars.

Reception was really useful, laundry is outside of the hotel but working fine.

Mind blowing convenient location, proximity to restaurants and Cafe Opp this hotel, makes my stay extemely comfortable. We visit Shanghai atleast 5 times in a year and have been staying at this hotel since last 6 years. Highly recommend.

The hotel chosen by my sister for a trip is convenient to the airport. It is close to the Bund Chenghuang Temple and Nanjing Road, and there are many shopping malls nearby. The bedding around the hotel is clean, the customer service aunt is enthusiastic, and the front desk clerk is also very nice.

The room is small, which is understandable, but the curtains are unbearable. The light blocking is very poor. I don't know what they were thinking. They installed these curtains to save money.

I have been ordering flights and hotels on this platform for many years, and I am considered a VIP customer, but this is the first time I have encountered such a situation. I kept changing rooms. This morning, I accidentally booked the wrong ticket. The platform confirmed the ticket within 40 seconds. I usually have to wait for 10 minutes, but they didn’t refund it. I don’t know what to do with this platform. I am considering working on other platforms in the future. I am stunned. 40 seconds and they deducted more than 500 yuan in handling fees. Does this make sense?
