房間比較陳舊了，但是酒店環境還是很不錯的。工作人員也很熱情。位於市中心步行就可以到達，也可以打一個TUTU，還是挺方便的。

很漂亮的飯店，早餐很美味，游泳池很舒適

環境真好！離中心很近，去夜市超方便，在巷子裏，鬧中取靜。小別墅的風格，非常好看！就是屋裡結構有點麻煩，上下樓，樓梯還有點高。服務都超好，早餐也不錯。

Beautiful, old-school rooms. Such a pretty little hotel. Outdoor bath and shower as well as choice of fan and air-conditoner. Staff were so helpful and organised. Amazing. As a female travelling on my own I felt completely safe and comfortable.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and the beds incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s rest. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional staff. They were warm, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed—from local tips to arranging transport. The resort’s peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail made it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. We’ll definitely return on our next visit to Siem Reap! Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing escape.

What a perfect little oasis in the heart of Siem Reap. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and super friendly staff. I love that the hotel is so caring of the environment too. Our tuk tuk driver (no.3) Mr Sochea was just superb, as well as our lovely guide who shared so much information not only about Ankor Wat but growing up in Cambodia under the Khmer Rouge. The hotel staff were super helpful, some beautiful English and made our 4 nights just wonderful.

Really beautiful boutique hotel with amazing, super friendly and welcoming Staff! Delicious breakfasts too! Peaceful oasis with delightful pool and poolside area. And the Spa is a treat with superb massages. Highly recommend a stay here 👏👏

I have been lucky enough now to have visited the Rambutan Resort Hotel three times. Each time has been wonderful. This small hotel is definitely world class when it comes to facilities, location, staff, and amenities offered. The saltwater pool is great to relax in/by, massages are available, the cocktail menu is extensive, the food is a mix of western and Asian, but what makes the place so great is the staff. They are all keen, polite, friendly, courteous and efficient, and take a genuine interest in the comfort, welfare and well being of their guests. Tours can be booked at the front desk for the temples, city sites and further afield, and transfers are available to/from the new airport. I had a street level/ground floor room which was great. Aircon worked, not too loud. I smile just thinking about the place. I call the Rambutan Resort Hotel in Siem Reap my happy place, because I can go there and just chill. A short walk into town for cafes. nBeds are comfortable, the rooms have all the facilities needed, and as stated previously every member of staff, no matter what their job is well trained, eager to work, and does a wonderful job.
