Ulasan The Gate Boutique Hotel Da Lat

Our family trip lasted 5 days and 4 nights with 5 people daying at The Gate Hotel in Da Lat. Each room was of the same size, featuring a common area for family gatherings and a terrace at the entrance. The kitchen was equipped for simple cooking, and dining utensils were provided as wll. What made The Gate Boutique particularly satisfying was its friendly staff, proficient in English. We traveled from Nha Trang to Da Lat by limousine and arrived at night, quite exhausted, but the staff warmly welcomed us. They were ready to address any immediate or urgent needs. In fact, the next day, when we were confused because we could'nt find a Grab Taxi, I asked the staff to call a taxi for us, and we were able to return to the city center immediately. I am very grateful for the staff prompt and friendly service. The afternoon staff had informed us beforehand that she could arrange a taxi to the bus station for our return trip to Nha Trang. The staff meticulously checked for any inconveniences our stay. Overall, the hotel's location was excellent, close to many goood restaurents, attractions, and the Go Da Lat supermarket. The hotel is near the road and residential houses, so one might hear traffic noise and barking dogs, but considering the value, I was very satisfied. I especially recommend this place if you are traveling with family.
