The hotel in general is nice and good but when you reach the front desk and start dealing with the people there you will face all kind of troubles you can’t imagine. Complete unprofessionally in treatment of customers. I even made early booking in another application first but the hotel cancelled the reservation for no reason to make me book with higher rate. Definitely not recommended hotel and might find better accommodation in other places.

The Facilities were not quite as pictured however cannot complain with service and quality of stay. Amazing location and great price.

The check in experience was so horrible. After I presented my passport to the receptionists (3 guys) in hotel front desk, they kept requesting me to show the boarding pass of my cancelled flight. If i could not show it, they don’t allow me to check in. I argued with them why I have to show my boarding pass and how can I have boarding pass if my flight is cancelled. They insisted I have to show, otherwise I could not check in. Their attitudes were so rude and I spent almost 40 min to show all documents I have on-hand, then they gave me my room key. The room assigned to me is not so comfortable because it is on ground floor without window facing outside streets. I don’t think it is tourist friendly at all.

같은계열사의 카탈로니아 람블라스 호텔을 예약 했었는데 오버부킹이 나서 카탈로니아 바르셀로나 플라자로 옮겨줬는데 메인거리들과 거리가 멀어져서 처음에는 짜증났는데 후속대처가 좋고 방도 업그레이드 해줘서 기분좋게 머무르다 나왔어요

位置優越，出門幾步有地鐵站，公交車站，步行可到很多景點，各種口味的飯店眾多。 酒店內部環境還不錯。房間內衞生間洗手池設計不好，太淺，沒有其他酒店一般都有的懸掛浴巾的橫樑桿。早餐水果新鮮，有鮮榨橙汁，但是整體品種太少，單調，沒什麼蔬菜，且幾天早餐內容不變，不太符合四星標準。

Personnel sympa et accueillant. Cependant, pas de claquettes offertes si vous en avez besoin 5€ par claquettes. Le spa n’est pas gratuit à ma grande surprise 15€ l’heure par personne or que certaines autres personnes étaient envoyés par d’autres hôtels à notre spa tout ça gratuitement. Sinon le staff est agréable l’hôtel est bien située mais ne vous attendez pas à avoir le spa gratuit il n’est pas compris dans le prix sachant que nous sommes restées quand même 3 jours… c’est décevant
