Excellent stay and very helpful staff

Nice hotel , first choice in Den Haag

The hotel is very close to the central station. It has only three floors. The rooms are spacious and the decoration is very unique. Although the building looks old, the internal facilities are very new. There is a tram station right outside that goes directly to the beach. The staff is very nice and patient.

Located in the city center, the location is excellent and travel is relatively convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied, especially the attitude of the front desk staff is very good. I will stay here again next time.

To be honest, the photo filters are too heavy. I found that it didn't feel like a four-star hotel at all when I checked in. It was more like a fully furnished apartment. The toilet made a wooden platform sound when I walked in, and there was no bathtub. The location and the exterior of the building were good! The interior was renovated. You need to go up the stairs to bring your luggage into the hotel. It was very inconvenient without anyone to help! The elevator was also very slow!

The room was bigger than it looks in the photos and nicely decorated. The location of the hotel is very good, you can find all the shops you need around. And the hotel itself has a small parking lot, no need to pay.
