There are parts of this property that are good. There were features installed for a “glamour” feel that are okay but getting a bit dated. It was mostly clean and tidy. The people we interacted with were pleasant and helpful, especially the woman in the coffee bar - she was just so nice I really liked interacting with her.
Our biggest issue was…no towels in our bathroom. We called the front desk asking that some be delivered and we never got any. I’ll write it off as “mistakes happen” but it might cloud the decision to return.
Finally…the resort fee. I get it but don’t like it!

I didn’t want to complain but our room was VERY very dusty. There was dust built up EVERYWHERE. You could tell the room hadn’t been booked in a while. I didn’t pictures in case anyone wanted to reach out but even the toilet paper had dust on it, the restroom door was dirty with black grime on it, the curtains were covered in dust, there wasn’t a trash can in the room so we had to collect the trash and take it out everytime we left the room. Other than that, the staff was very very nice and super accommodating. The bellman who helped us unload was amazing. He mentioned he had been there 22 years and you could tell he enjoyed his employment which has a lot to stay about the company. Would not mind staying again in the future! Thank you!

No complaints. Clean, safe and fun night club. My only complaint is they needed more bartenders in the nightclub and servers in the restaurant.

Even though the restaurants were limited the food was really good. The food at the Noodle Bar was good but it was strange that you had to pay first. The Vintage steak restaurant had really good food and friendly bartenders. The Sportsman restaurant creme brulee french toast was very good.
I didn’t like that there was no valet service. the gift shop was terrible. I bought some costume jewelry and a charger base. Both items broke or didn’t work immediately. I came back the next morning to return or exchange and they wouldn’t allow it.
The ****** had 3 levels. One that was non-smoking.

There was an additional $17 because we booked with 3rd party. Room was advertised at $61, then taxes & fees made room &89 and when we checked in $17 more??? Thats false advertising.

I only came to get rest, my family has stayed before, and we have stayed at the Vegas location. This place was nasty as hell. I would never go back. It's clearly the staff, they do not care to clean and very lackadaisical. I should have known when I got to the door, and the covers from the previous day were there. This should be unacceptable, but by what we experienced I conclude that this is normal for all levels of workers here.

The service from housekeeping during our stay was not so good. No trash bags in trashcans. Had to call multiple times and stop housekeeper just for towels.
We loved the bathtub and shower in the bathroom. ****** was great. Front desk service was great. Parking was easy and the river view was beautiful.
