WE WERE GIVEN A DIRTY ROOM WITH NO TOWELS OR SHEETS. Once bedding was provided we had make our own bed. Worst hotel experience of my lifetime!

Didn’t stay cause they wanted me to pay 67.00 extra but they didn’t take cash and I didn’t find a place to put money on my card . They should tell tell you all that when you book a room .

The floors were disgusting in our room. I asked the cleaning lady a few rooms down if she would cleaning it again when she had time. She gave me attitude and told me she just cleaned it. So she came in and half ass mopped it again. We just wore our shoes the entire stay.

I always read reviews and pay attention.. I brought my own little trash bags for the little cans. Don’t provide for some reason. Thank you to Jada to upgrading us to a suite (Room 834). Nice and spacious. Carpet a little worn (looked dirty). Bed was very comfortable for us. No carts for luggage. When you check in, Ask for bellhop to help with luggage. They have the cart…..Bellhop was extremely nice and helpful. He said he has been for 17 years. Kudos to you sir! (Please don’t forget to tip😊) Renita in housekeeping went out of her way to get me a new bath mat. Overall, great stay. I will plan to stay again if ever in the area.

Check in time was at 4 we made it there around 7 and they told us that our king room wasn’t available yet due to only having one housekeeper available on duty. This place has 18 floors so after we waited 1 hour they gave us the option of taking a double queen bedroom. We took it because we were ready to lay down. This happened to a lot of ppl by the way. Everybody just sitting around

The hallway to our room was nasty. There was a toothpick and one of the plastic floss things on the hallway floor. Plus other trash all down the hallway. Room was clean but smelled like smoke and I thought this was a non smoking hotel. The elevator took forever to catch going up or down. This was very annoying to several people we talked to.
