Excellent location. You can travel to historical sites on foot in 10-20 minutes. But the room occasionally smelled of cigarettes and the WIFI only worked well in the lobby.

I stayed one night and it was good, I love the room and the strong bed, Breakfast was good and service was nice and good English

Excellent location, walking distance to attractions Very helpful front desk and dining room staff. if I may only suggestion is to add selection of vegetarian dishes to the menu. Our transport driver Mr Sei was try hard to make our city tour memorable, very reliable mature man Always on time. 酒店各方面很一般，攜程收我485元一晚，旁邊的酒店比這個酒店各方面都要好，衹收了245元。感覺攜程好黑呀

非常差的一次體驗，工作人員簡直是服務太差，業務太差。無禮貌。簡直和我國酒店無法比。洗澡水涼，房間一股味道。早餐極差。朋友們還是別來。

房間很好前太接待熱情服務到位。乾淨衞生總體滿意。衹是續訂價格貴了很多！

性價比超高

I booked a room for 1 but I paid for two as they said they are full and they can’t offer lower price . Anyhow since i checked in at 4 pm till 10:30 there was no hot water in the room to take shower . Bathroom was broken , old , rusted and im miserable condition Wifi wasn’t working at all in my room . The only way to access internet was lobby ! Reception staff were so irresponsible and careless because the hotel was full in the middle of summer and they really didn’t care about anything. If you want to have minimum facility and respect, book here ! Otherwise don’t waste your money and time because it doesn’t worth spending in this place with no basic standards.

I am a food guy and this hotel is a top noch in gastronomy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in Homage, a grand dining room that’s all high ceilings, huge floor-to-ceiling windows, dazzling chandeliers and Ionic columns. Happily it’s not a case of style over substance: there’s a lavish buffet with plenty of hot options every morning and, at other times, dishes such as chicken ballotine, smoked aubergine, kale and pumpkin seed praline. Ms.Rahimi kian who is in charge of tours is a professional and maverick.Congratulations to the hotel management by hiring this priceless employee. We met Ghajar house and Perspolis during our stay in Shiraz.Thanks Ms.R.Rahimi Kian for everything.

In the hotel everyone is kind and wonderful. The room is big and beautiful. It is very clean. In the room you get slippers, soap, brushes and everything else you might need. I think my main concern about the room was that you can't flush the toilet well. This was really a problem. Also there was a leaking in the toilet after showering. It is very difficult to figure out the AC control system. The breakfast generally was good, but there are no fruits offered except dates. The other BIG concern I had was the WiFi. I had to go to the reception twice to get it working. It was a general problem wherever I went. The elevator was strange, it stops halfway up the floor, so you have to carry your suitcase Very noisy outside at night, if the room faces the road then you won't be able to sleep!

I stayed there for 10 days, not inside the hotel itself but in an aprtment attached to the hotel. The flat was good for family, two rooms and a hall. Breakfast is inculded . However, there are some problems with this hotel: first the area is troublesome, full of with beggars chasing you, second, they don't clean the room although the cleaners watch you coming in and out of the room. Third, the maintence team in the hotel is hopeless, my TV channels disappeared suddenly and I called the reception several times, three men came and coudnot fix it. Very bad. Having said so, it is quite near the Zand shopping area.

We started Shiraz by stay in Areyo barzan hotel they welcomed us warmly and let feeling like our home and help us to know about historical sites in Shiraz I never forget their kind behavior towards us .. thanks for your hospitality

The worst hotel I've ecer met in whole my life. I have travelled more then 30 countries and I've never seen such service. The shower didn't work normally, but what was the worst, I've used the towel they gived to dry ny colored hair, and of course it was some colour on the towel. I wash my own towels every time after being colored and It's cleaning easily, but they were lazy to clean the towel and took for that 5,000,000 IRR. Btw, I've been there 3 days and never ate the breakfast, because they were nothing to eat. And it was too hot in the rooms and even if you let open the windows, you can't have normal temperature.
