Sterling Legacy Shimla

The property is not at par with the stated price. The services were also ok, not that great. I would not recommend this property to anyone at all.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Here are some of key points from my side: 1-The room was spacious and immaculately clean. 2-The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Mr. Bratu Thakur, Mr. Teerath Singh Rawat and Mr. BD Sharma made our stay perfect with their on time presence to all of our requests. 3-The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served excellent cuisine. 4-Location is just in front of lift and near to The Mall. Highly recommend.

hotel is on walking distance from mall road and near to Lift. hotel staff is very helpfull, specially at the breakfast time , if you ask them provide instant baked food , they will provide your that. Breakfast and food was very good, 5 Star.

A huge shoutout to Palak, Teerath & Om prakash for making my stay fantastic! Their warmth and attentiveness were top-notch. Breakfast was delicious. The entire staff was incredibly hospitable, making my experience truly memorable. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and friendly stay!

We decided to travel in month of May to Shimla. It took us 5 hours to reach in the capital of himachal pradesh. We decide to stay near the mall. Where we found this located property name The Sterling legacy. Property is situated in the centre of main city. Climate was also good , We enjoyed the stay but too much stairs to walk through the hotel. I would like to mention some of the staff name Teerath, Om Prakash, Palak, They serve us really well. Food menu is nice and sufficient, what I didn't get in the menu was the mediterranean cuisine but overall i would rate the hotel good in all mark.

Location is the key for this place just step out and you are on the most prominent place of Shimala, The Mall Road, even the ridge, Jakhu Ropeway are walking distance, Teerath, Akrant, Palak, Amit and bd has made our stay very much special with providing all around service with personal attention and care which made it even more enjoyable.

We had a dinner eve with the property of The sterling shimla legacy, it was a good experience being as a dinner guest with f&b team. We were invited by Om prakash himself. In dinner time we were served best by Captain Teerath, Amit and balvir. Thanks for the hospitality by you all. Look forward to being in property soon again. For the service i would mark it 5 in all terms.

I was there for one night stay, property is located in Shimla Mall. We travel for the 5th time being in capital of himachal pradesh. Rooms are clean and best in class.. Shout out to all the staff who makes our stay comfortable.f&b good in room service, i don't think they has good reastaurant but Some of the name i want to mention is balvir, Palak, Teerath who are the champions for the hotel.. These guys provide us the best stay so far. The cons i found is it's too ***y stare to reach in the hotel.. Hotel doesn't has wide range of dish in menu, in that fix menu they need to add some more food items. Overall breakfast was good, stay was good af. Thanks for the hospitality we received.

Stayed for 3 days in a premier room with family. We were 3 pax. Lot of positive: * Location: On the Mall, Most near to The Muncipal Lift( 20 mtrs i think). Climb 39 stairs and Then property the lift takes you to almost 5 floors above. Near to all food joints and cafes. Jakku Temple rope way and taxis for jaku is available in around 200m from the back side * Room: Premier room is good in size, can watch the sunset from the room itself. SUPER CLEAN washroom and room. HOT WATER 24X7. Drinking water is available all day complementary in environmental safe Glass Bottles. Kettle, tea coffee kit available. Cosy rooms. Overall comfortable * Staff: All of them are active and happy to serve. Shout out to entire team. Special mention to SHARMA JI on the front desk and THEERHAT JI in dining . I have seen service is the top priority for the staff. * Food and Beverages: Serves the good food and as per your taste and de***ds. We tried a lot of item food items and customised it accordingly which was well done. Last order at 10.30. However Tea Coffee, Baby Milk, some snacks are available 24*7 and baby food non chargeable. * Short Cut To Ridge: You can reach the church in 5 min walking as there is a way just on the top of the hotel. Few Cons, i have no complains although apart from the last thing. * NOT GOOD FOR ELDERLY: Have to climb 39 stairs approx to get the lift for the hotel reception and WITH YOUR LUGGAGE 🧳.You can get a porter from the Mall Road Lift @ 150/- per luggage but elderly have to walk a lot of stairs. *No play area for kids *Limited breakfast options *F&B costly. Charges for 3pcs papad was 299+ GST+Service Charge. * Not much open sitting space All and all a very nice stay. Recommended if you are looking to explore Tourist destination of shimla on feet, relaxing and you are not having trouble in climbing stairs.
