The stay here was simply very satisfying and enjoyable. The rooms, corridor, balcony & bathroom etc were quite clean and hygienic. Overall a pretty decent experience at holiday hills. Highly recommended.

The hotel room was nice but there were cockroaches everywhere. During night time cockroaches started roaming all around our goods. It was a horrible experience. No food system for guest but properties were nice.

Location is great, away from all the crowds in police bazaar yet easily accessible. Room allotted was great with a balcony. There is no restaurant in hotel but has number of food joints within 50 mtrs. Ambience is also good and great cleanliness

We booked two rooms for a night’s stay. On reaching the hotel, we realised there is no parking space available with the hotel. There is no kitchen, so ordering food or eating out are the options.
We had requested for twin beds, but the size of the beds were too small, can’t take a turn without the risk of falling off from the bed. In case the nearby rooms have guests, be sure to lose sleep as the doors and the wall can’t block any noise.
Additionally, in Meghalaya, throughout all my visits, there is always free room for the driver to stay. This hotel was charging additional money, which is fine if the room was in a good condition. The icing on the cake was the rude attitude of the receptionist in answering any query, way to go in the hospitality sector. Not recommended for anyone, book at your own risk.
