Vivanta Meghalaya Shillong

Wonderful stay, and amazing breakfast! The customer reception is unparalleled. Loved it!

We travelled to Shillong on 20th may 2024 and and stayed there for 5 days at Vivanta. The stay was lovely. The staff were very cordial especially Ms. Marcelyn at the reception and Ms. Juliana . The room was pleasant, the hotel was clean and had a fresh positive vibe to it. The food was excellent. My daughter is allergic to dairy products and were were initially skeptical as to will the hotel be able to provide pure vegan diet for her and we were pleasantly surprised. The dining staff walked the extra mile and made sure that she was served the best possible vegan diet under the circumstances. The vegetarian food and the picnic baskets were good. Overall it was a pleasant and rejuvenating stay. Thanks Vivanta for making our stay memorable. Longing to visiting you again.

My experience at Vivanta shillong was amazing …First of all the location is superb and the hospitality of Vivanta is the best..One thing for Mr Verdy you are the best person I have ever met during my trip to shillong ,Thank You so much for your hospitality and thank you for guiding me about Shillong… Me and my wife also visited spa…I must say,SPA at Vivanta shillong was just superb..We were also tired but after taking the spa ,we were so relaxed.A big thank you to the therapist… Will visit soon again… Thank You Vivanta

We stayed there for one night. The hotel was kind to upgrade our room since we were with an Infant. The room was clean with a good view. The staff took care of our small needs, especially Verdy at the front desk. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of varieties. The Polica Bazaar is just at a walking distance. Overall a pleasant stay which I can strongly recommend.

No first aid was available for my colleague down with fever. North Indian food in Breakfast was okay okay. Room size was not up to the expectation. Staff was good and pleasing. Cleanliness was very good. Room service was good. For my unwell colleague earlier checkin was a little task

I stayed for three nights hence could observe more to give somewhat detailed feedback. Very nice hotel in a very good location. Reception from check in time onwards was quite impressive. Sumptuous buffet Breakfast and Dinner under the skylight and a cosy bar is being missed. Had the opportunity to interact with some staff like Rajesh, Abhishek in restaurant area and some others like Linda, Daphi, Nahi, Mena and Rapmika in other areas of the hotel. How do I know so ***y names, well one needs to note down and thank those who make your stay comfortable. A very small gesture of gratitude on my part. I will be failing if I don't mention your F&B ***ager Mr. Amrit Kumar, who was personally serving guests even though he could have just asked one of the staff to do so. Setting an example is a great leadership quality, coming from Army background we know the value of such deeds. Couple of areas of improvement: 1. The slope in the shower area of the bathroom in the room needs to be rectified, the water overflows in the WC and Wash basin area. 2. The rooms do not have any ventilation. At least one window in the room can be made openable to let fresh air come.

We had an amazing stay here in Vivanta shillong, the food was delicious they had a amazing breakfast spread.. Special mention to Meba and Linda for their warm service ......... ..................................... ... ....................

Vivanta Shillong has the best staff which makes us feel very homely. Food selection and play area is very limited compared to other Vivanta hotels. Mercylene (Front Desk) and Aiti (Restuarant) did an exceptional service making my stay very memorable. All thanks to them.
