Mr. 余林煬 is one of the best employees that I ever meet, he did good for check in, fast and very kind person. I also lost some expensive watch in my room and he also help me to locate it and keep for me next day to pick up! This hotel must stay as very nice and clean. We stayed 4 nights to celebrate Chinese New Year with family. We rented two identical 3-beds units in block E and they are great, spcious, clean, quiet. The staff are very friendly and polite. The apartment is close to Sea World, with abundant restaurants to choose from. There is also a subway station right there if needed. Behind the apartment, a hiking pathway is a plesent plus, mild climbing not very wild, efficient for moring walk. Overall, we highly recommend this service apartment, will come back.

The hotel.is located right above Houhai Metro Station making it super covenient to move around the city in public transportation. Rooms are tastefuly decorated and very comfortable. This is the 2nd time I stay at the Hyde and would not choose another hotel. There is a lot of food shops for all tastes and cusines around the hotel too. However the best asset the hotel has is Miss Della. She was always trying to help and beyond everytime. Plus she always did it with a big smile. She made going into the lobby feel like coming home.

im the family from HK. even the price is not cheap, but reasonable. very nice hotel, the staff is very helpful. the room is very clean with everything good support. the room is clean, no odd smell, everything is tidy even the floor is very very clean. the swimming pool is the very icon of this hotel. Loving it. you must come and swim, the view is great and the water is very clean. very recommended super five stars hotel. thanks Hotel giving me a memorable experience, hope will come again.

Hotel is about 8 mins walk to the nearest subway MTR, really convenient. Room was very decent size, thanks to the check in staff who was polite and upgraded us. Bathroom is equipped with the electric powered toilet and there was no cigarette smell in the room, which is fantastic.

I recently stayed at the Shenzhen Conrad Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. A special shoutout to Eden for her outstanding customer relations! She truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. During breakfast at the lobby bar, I noticed the staff working diligently, even during the busy rush hour. Despite the wait, their friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience pleasant. It was refreshing to see such dedication, and I appreciated their efforts. However, I did encounter an issue during the evening service on December 28th. Although the lobby bar was quiet around 7 PM, I found the male staff member to be somewhat arrogant and lacking basic courtesy. Despite my repeated expressions of thanks for the food, he remained silent and did not collect the finished dishes. This was disappointing compared to the excellent service I received during breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend the Shenzhen Conrad Hotel for its exceptional service during the day, and I hope to see improvements in the evening staff's attitude. Thank you for a memorable stay!

This hotel has excellent service and the rooms are modern and staff is very friendly. The breakfast covers all cuisines. I wish it was closer to the subway. They are building a subway station next to the hotel
