The experience of this stay was truly fantastic! Firstly, the hotel's facilities and equipment were very complete and modern. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, giving me a warm feeling like home. Especially the bathtub facilities, with their reasonable design and convenient use, made me feel particularly thoughtful. The location was also impeccable. The hotel is situated in the bustling downtown area, making it extremely convenient for getting around. Whether for shopping or dining, everything was easily accessible. What really surprised me was the service provided by Miss Jossce. She was very considerate and enthusiastic, handling every detail perfectly from check-in to check-out. When I had questions about nearby attractions and dining options, she not only provided detailed answers but also proactively planned my itinerary for me, making me feel an unprecedented level of attentive service. Thank you so much, Miss Jossce, for making my stay even more perfect! In summary, this stay has given me a whole new perspective on hotels. Whether it's the facilities and equipment, the location, or the service quality, I am extremely satisfied. I highly recommend it to friends who are planning to travel here. Location: it was unbeatable, heart of the city, walking distance to shopping mall n subway station Room: clean n comfy, up to standard Breakfast: everything u wants, u name it, egg counter, noodle counter, bread, croissant, fresh make juicy, coffee, overall the breakfast was good n value for money Dinner buffet: here come to the part, I think all of you should skip it. I was very disappointed with the dinner buffet, 1st the variety is limited, sushi counter have 3 or 4 items, cakes only have few choices, ice-cream don’t even want to try, seafood counter er…em…, overall, it was not value for money. Overall, it was good except the dinner buffet

I like to review the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful and specially the front staff was very polite and one of the front desk staff Antonio came out and did extra mile to help us to set up payment systems in China. We both had a good stay with a good room with a city view. I recommend any one wants to visit Shenzen to stay at Sheraton hotel Shenzen.

Excellent location, nice big rooms, great breakfast… but what made this hotel stand out was the service. It was my dad’s birthday and they arranged for a cake to be ready for him when he returned in the evening… what a lovely surprise! After checking out, I left my luggage for safe keeping, but I lost the ticket when I went back for pick up. A big shout out to Zoey and Richard at Hilton for helping me out and I was able to reclaim my luggage really quickly and without stress! The only negative I have to say was that I purchased the afternoon tea and happy hour package, but the afternoon tea was just some ham sandwiches, fruits, cakes and drinks on a “help yourself” system. Not quite the 5-star quality I expected. I will definitely come back but will only go for the breakfast option as that was really nice.

Excellent service from every single staff interaction we had, especially at horizon club - exactly what you'd expect from a Shangri-la property. Room was clean and comfy with their generous pillow selection. Lobby is currently decked out in festive cheer and looks fantastic. My slight disappointment was with the food - Horizon club food felt a bit lacking in selection and quality (sandwiches and pastries tasted a bit stale), especially compared to the Hong Kong Shangs. Breakfast quality and spread was definitely a bit lacklustre.

My last day stay in Ritz of my 4th visit to this hotel. Oh just realised that the Reception Team Duty Manager is Jimmy Chen (My last review posted yesterday wrongly quoted as Albin Lee). Jimmy had always been extraordinarily helpful and polite. He is smart and quick in response, offered the best solutions when I had not even raised the questions. Excellent reception counter service, worth commendations. It is so thoughtful of the team and hotel to give us a small Christmas pouch for celebrating Christmas time, very sweet💝. I will sure make my 5th visit in 2025!

I had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Shenzhen. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering excellent service. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and easy to get around. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Great amenities and value for money—I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent service, like the good weather here. The hotel rooms are really large, and the facilities are comprehensive. The the front desk attendant Kingsley Li gave us a free upgrade! Will come back here to stay next time

Service was good ,places nearby to many shops & shopping malls . Breakfast was good,foods were fresh & varieties however for the buffet dinner is not that good ( Foods mostly were not fresh ) but expensive,I can say it does not match with the Price.And the room is clean however furniture & the room looks old .I expect Wow from this property due to Other ShangriLa property they are doing quite well .
