Ulasan Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Bao'an Airport

Thank you for upgrading us. I love the design of the room. The room is spacious, new, nice and comfortable! Would come back and stay here again. However, the taste of the breakfast is not so good.

Looking like a brand new hotel , nice and clean with good breakfast. We thought it was next to the airport but it is half an hour drive by taxi actually. Next to metro station though. Overall we had a very good impression.

Excellent front desk reception service led by Ms Cici and and her able team. Upon learning that my wife has disability in walking, they provided a disabled friendly room, large enough for her to move around and without steps in the bathroom. They also followed up with enquiries that the room meet my wife's needs. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast is varied and value for money. The location is busy and there are few restaurants across the road. If you can't find the restaurants for your taste, you may order your food through the reception. They provided excellent service in this area and you will not miss your favourite food. To top up our two nights stay, we were given a late check out and free transport (private service) to the Bao'an Airport. The free laundrette service is a plus

Location is near to airport about 20 mins travel time and they provide free airport shuttle. Not too far from airport and opposite hotel you can find many chinese restaurants with good food and reasonably priced. When a family member had to leave on a very early morning flight, the hotel packed a breakfast box for her and arrange to send her to the airport. V much appreciate the hotel great service. When they were aware of my grand daughter birthday upon checking in, 4 of the hotel staff came up to our room with balloons, cake and fruits to celebrate for her. The birthday girl was surprised and happy! The hotel also arranged a minivan to send my family to the airport and help us with the loading of luggages. Hotel staff are nice and friendly and we will stay in this hotel again if visiting Shenzhen.

We had a wonderfull stay here! Free airport drop-off, very clean rooms and hotel, amazing breakfast, friendly staff! The hotel celebrated their 10th anniversary of Hampton by Hilton in China the day we left, keep up the good work en thank you very much! :-)

The stay was good, location is decent with few min walk required to the nearest metro station. There is free transport to airport provided as part of the stay. Breakfast was nice!

The room is good and comfortable, However staff not good in English but they try to use a translator to communicate and the location is about 450 m from Xixiang Taoyuan Metro station you can use Exit C and walk to the hotel. There are some mini-mart and restaurant near the hotel if you want to find some things to eat for dinner I recommend restaurant opposite the hotel name 味忆当年 a Hunan style restaurant.

Would like to stay again

We arrived late (1am) in the hotel. It was friendly and clean.

Overall very clean and comfortable bed. About 15mins taxi away from airport. Ideal for early flight transit.

It's value for money and by run by Hilton

Arrival midnight. Reception staff can’t speak English but very kind.

Great location

Reception tried to get me to cancel the trip booking and do direct with hotel allegedly cheaper. Didn't do it. Restaurant only does breakfast. No other facilities other than an exercise room. Room was a good size. Clean and pleasant layout and décor.
