The location is superb, just 3 mins to coco park. The room was modern, very clean and spacious with a balcony! Very enjoyable stay! The reception staff here is EXTREMELY nice and helpful , especially LILY :) when we checkout, we were given two small gifts as memorabilia too! What a sweet surprise!

Book 2 bedroom suite. Room was good, service was good, location was ok. Nothing much around hotel vicinity, walking to coco park mall was about 15 to 20mins.

Overall a good stay - if not quite the usual Somerset standard The room was certainly smaller than the stated 71 square metres, but it was clean. It was cleaned every day. The remote control for the TV and air conditioning did not work properly or was repaired afterwards. The safe did not work either and had to be restored on request. The breakfast was good and offered a great selection. The staff speak good English at reception and are very helpful. Due to the minor inconvenience, it was not quite the usual Somerset standard that we appreciate so much. But all in all it was a successful stay.

Bit on the old side but otherwise a very spacious apartment to stay in.

Traveling with 3 kids and this hotel suits us very well. I booked 1 executive room with 2 bedrooms, really comfy, spacious, and kids loved it. The breakfast was awesome. Many restaurants and minimarkets are within distance. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean even though it’s a bit worn out. Jim was helpful to get my stuff back when I found I left my items in the hotel!

Charlene at the front desk was so helpful. The rooms even had phone charger installed. Very thoughtful.

Front desk service lack professionalism. When confronted with cleanliness problem in the toilet, they made up excuses. The building is very old and lack maintenance.

Nice location, very convenient and the hygiene is also good. The room is quite big. Overall it is good place to stay.

This was a wonderful place with excellent service, especially Miss Charlene Lin. Will come again for sure.

Stayed here for 3 nights, this is my 2nd visit. The room is big, staffs are very helpful and most important equipped with Washing + Dried maching. Breakfast is good. Need a bit exercise walk to metro (15-20 min. walk)

This was a great location to stay for families in the heart of Futian. Our kids loved the kids room. The staff were very helpful & friendly.
