The room is spacious and the king size bed is bigger compared to normal king size bed. Adding extra bed is worthwhile as it comes with free breakfast. Definitely will stay again

Everything was good, except the breakfast place is too small! Breakfast time 7am-10am, we reached there 8am+, it's full house. It only has around 10 tables or less. We queue and waited for 40 mins in order to get in, so we have limited breakfast time. 😭 First ever had this kind of experience in hotel stay. Food option is limited but taste is good. Other than that, room is spacious and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall, I will still recommend this hotel but hope they can improve the breakfast place to accommodate more guests. 1 last thing, I love it that the room come with international socket + usb direct charging port, no adapter needed. 👍

Suitable for these who have their own transport as the hotel location is not at central of the city . The hotel is great in terms of value and service is good as well

The Hotel is so beautiful and well maintained. First day our toilet kinda clogged and the water didn’t subside fast enough when we are showering. I report it to the management and it was resolved almost immediately. We go out for the day and come back in the evening, no more clogged drain. Good job! 👏🏼 The location quite far from the famous night market area but it is nice to be far from the town. The best hotel to hangout chill & healing. I will definitely come back!

The hotel was really nice and relaxing. The room was good, clean, and spacious. However, the only downside we experienced was the access card given to each room and the automated glass down to access the room and exit the room outside. Each room was given only 1 access card. Hence, my family members will need to get out of the room to tap the glass door at the walkway for me to go in. The next morning, when we tried to wave at the automated glass door to exit, the door was not working. We tried to look for other exits, but couldn't. Since it was early in the morning, we waited a while to be seen by the staff at level 2. Was told by the staff that the battery died off. Hence, the door was not working. Did feedback to the staff on this as this can get serious if unforseen event happens. Other than this, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Definitely the jacuzzi we enjoy the most. Free snack bar with drinks. Bluetooth JBL speaker. Buffet breakfast is great. Bed and pillow are comfy. Weakness is the room isn’t sound proof, and the construction just right in front of the jacuzzi.

Amazing stay with richmann hotel, great cleanness and comfortable rooms. A lot of car parking and friendly staff assist from parking to check in. Highly recommended for family trips stay In Hatyai. Delicious breakfast provided.

Nice hotel but location little bit far away from main attraction place. Hotel not provide any tuktuk for guest. Got private parking area. Got construction work beside hotel, start working from 8am. It is expand hotel from Richmann
