Ulasan Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brantford

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable beds and up.to date rooms. Breakfast is very good with a great selection of food and the coffee is good. They are pet friendly but do charge 20.00 per night for a fur family member which I do dislike since my pet is quieter then most kids that I've seen there.

Bathroom is big

The restaurant is okay, the room fee has been paid online when booking the room, and then I found that the room fee was paid again on the credit card, so the service is given one star, which is a serious mistake and completely unacceptable. If you are not careful, you will be charged a second room fee, so you must pay attention. After reporting to the booking agency, the hotel refunded the room fee.
