Toilet got sewage smell. Couldnt on shower, very tight. Water not hot enough. Location very convenient to go china by train. Front desk good to let us check in early cos my husband very tired after night flight

Location is convenient except for dropoff may be a bit of effort required as you need to wheel your luggage from a distance. If you have big luggage it may be a bit inconvenient

The room is spacious and clean, beds are comfortable. Location is excellent, right next to the border control point, train and metro stations. The only area that needs improvement is the breakfast service which lacks variety.

The location is very convenient to many shops and restaurants. Going in and out from Hong Kong is extremely convenient (just a few minutes' walk from the Luohu port). The service is very good that I store a luggage for free. I will stay in this hotel again. The room furniture is new and is equipped with smart voice-control.

Location was great as it situated just outside the railway station. However, there weee only 2 sets of pillows for 3 guests. When we requested for another set of pillows we were told that it is the hotel’s policy to just have 2 sets for 3 guests. This was the first time I heard about this policy. Room was spacious but lighting was insufficient at certain parts of the room. Space could be better managed as excess space was not put to good use as the bathroom area was quite tight even though there were available spaces not used.
