Ulasan Dongfeng Shanhai Light Residence (Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei Subway Station)

We enjoyed our stay at this residence style hotel at an excellent location which is within 5 minutes from subway station and for shopping. The staffs at the reception are very friendly, helpful and considerate. More information on how to get to this place from subway station or by hired car would be very beneficial. We would like to stay at this hotel again when we come to Shenzhen.

The front desk service is very good, the room is spacious and clean, the traffic downstairs is convenient, the equipment in the room is complete, it is really a pleasant stay!

The building just located behind the busy electronic market, is brand new apartment block. No check-in lobby, you need to take lift to level 23 and search for a small office unit to receive room pin. The rate was half the others around HuaQiangBei. Room was clean and Queen size bed was Good. Toilet has heater and is good for Cold weather.

Great location to those who love to shop electronics stuff at Huaqiangbei , because this place is just 1 minute away to the area! Although we don’t speak Mandarin , we can still communicate with staff using WeChat upon checking-in and checking-out. Overall stay was good !

Great hotel with good service. We have been upgraded to the top floor with a magnificent city view. Service is remarkable as the front desk brought back some items that we left behind during our previous visit. Looking forward to staying in this hotel for our next visit.

Forget to mention that the TV was a projector and huge screen. Huge clean room. Good view

It’s a very new hotel. The reception was super hard to find the signs are not good. Bathroom was clean and spacious and the shower was amazing. 

Very convenient if you are planning to shop for Electronics gadgets etc. Hotel is quite modern and clean and location is great. It's located at high rise and customer service is at 23th floor. Rooms are above 23rd floor.

The hotel was near to the old electronics mall where one can buy many electronic stuffs at a low price. Food wise there are a many stalls below. The only downside could be that the level 1 entrance can be difficult to find as it is at the back of the main entrance and one has to route around the building to the back to enter the hotel. Lobby reception would be at Level 23.

Took us awhile to find this hotel since it was located within a tall building. However people around are nice to help to direct us. Check-in was fast and easy and I could communicate with the recep through wechat for any request or housekeeping. The recep was able to reply quickly and they are available for 24 hrs! We had some issue with the hot water on the first night and the weather was chilly at night. Contacted the recep and was directed properly to adjust the heating temp in the toilet. All in all, the room is huge with 4 double beds which my kids could sleep comfortably on and service is great! Will definitely stay here again if we were to visit shenzhen!

Absolutely loved staying here, as our main point of staying here was for Huaqiangbei, and it’s literally on the doorstep of the hotel, we had a room on the 37th floor with amazing views! Room had everything, staff were lovely! Would definitely stay here again !

My overall experience isn't great. The check-in was delayed to 4 pm, and even then, not all rooms were ready. I was provided with 3 rooms on different floors, which caused my childern to be separated from me with no proper source of communication. No employee at the reception spoke english. Water was cut off for 8 hours, which caused a dilemma.
