I loved staying here when I came to Shenyang. The owner is nice, she is there whenever you need her and always tries to help. As a foreigner, the best way to contact her is text her on wechat with your reservation. Great location and service. Will come back here in future travels.

Uh oh, what can I say for reviewing. Just needed a room for a single night with late check-in and early check-out next morning. Well, thanks God for my fixed schedule! I only thought to leave the room as soon as I got here. A good place to experience some kind of spooky house lol

The host Zhou Hui and her brother were very helpful, kind, and welcoming. The place is near the North Railway station which was perfect for my late arrival and convenient for my departure. There was hot shower and also good AC, refrigerator and water boiler in the room. They let me store my luggage after I checked out until my train in the afternoon, and they helped me navigate the city about some shops I needed to buy some local stuff.

The location of the apartment is easy to find. It takes about 6 minutes to walk from the south exit of Shenyang North Railway Station. The room is clean and comfortable. The air conditioner and water heater are all easy to use. The bedding is also changed for each guest, which is very good. The boss is very enthusiastic and sincere. I will stay with her next time I come to Shenyang.

I chose this place to take my children to school. It is very close to the North Station, less than 6 minutes. If you don’t want to walk, you can take the subway, which is just one stop away. The subway entrance is also very close to the apartment, so traveling is very convenient. There are a lot of delicious food nearby at night. There is also a late-night canteen, but there are no shops open after 8 o'clock in the late-night canteen, but there are many shops on the ground to choose from. The subway runs until 23 o'clock, which is very convenient. The apartment is very good, big and comfortable. There are security guards downstairs, very safe, and the boss is very nice.

The house is very close to Shenyang North Railway Station, you can just walk there. Very close. Big sister and big brother are very nice people. Especially enthusiastic. Any questions will be answered. That kind of reply in seconds. They also helped us store our luggage after check-out. We only stayed for one day and they didn't even charge us a deposit. Also helped us carry the boxes. In short, one word, thumbs up👍

The service is very warm and thoughtful, and responsive to all requests. Because I am not familiar with Shenyang, I always ask where to go and how to get there, and I respond enthusiastically every time. And the transportation is so convenient, close to Joy City and the No. 2 subway. Very convenient to go anywhere. We also went to Huigong Night Market, which was affordable and delicious. If it weren't for the typhoon, I would have stayed there for two more days. My daughter said that the quality of Shenyang people is really high, and none of them have a bad attitude, and they are all cheerful. I sincerely recommend Washington Apartments, B21218! I was worried before booking the room. I compared many hotels and was very satisfied after checking in. The room is spacious, bright and very clean. It has complete facilities: sofa, air conditioner, refrigerator, vegetable sink, washing machine, water heater, clothes hanger... It is very close to the North Station, and it takes only three to five minutes to get there. The transportation is convenient, there is a subway station and bus station downstairs. There are supermarkets and food courts nearby, and the price is reasonable. The owner is warm and thoughtful. The pictures are taken in real life. I will stay here again if I have the chance.
