Spent 2 weeks here & loved every second. Check in was a breeze & swiftly taken to our room by golf cart. We stayed in block N/9 room 14320. There's no lift which is tiring in the heat. We had a sea view but It's not the premium ones you pay for. Our room was spot on with the biggest bed I've seen. Our cleaner was also great. Our room was always cleaned & we had clean towels whenever we needed. The grounds are absolutely spotless. There's gardeners working tirelessly in the heat to maintain this. We spent our days around the main pool just infront of the lifeguards hut. We were always the first down there. Every morning I had the pool to myself for usually at least an hour. The lifeguards were really good. We tipped some very regularly. The one from Alexandria we spoke a lot with in the morning too. He would tell us things about Egypt, his hometown & anything else we wanted to know. The guys around the pool who would bring your drinks were good to. You don't get service like this anywhere other than Egypt in our experience. We did tip often but they still would sort you out if you didn't. All the pop was from bottles along with the water. Having ice isn't a issue if you were wondering. The animation team were OK even if one was really annoying! Swim academy & football academy were my standouts even though we never done either. Did venture in sea once. It's very shallow for quite a way. The only area I could snorkel was a segregated area due to wind board things. Some some fish but would've preferred to go much deeper. In our opinion the food in main buffet was good. My wife is fussy & always found something. They have themed nights for the same night every week. The guys working in there get to know you & what you drink, bringing you them when you arrive. The al a carte was very hit & miss. We loved the American diner eating there twice & the Indian (Sari). The Chinese (Bamboo) I suppose was their interpretation on it. Crispy duck & pancakes was duck in batter with crepe. We did see a couple walk out. The main waiter took pictures. The Stone grill which you pay for, you pay for everything including drinks. The wife's fillet steak was good whereas my T-bone wasn't the best. I heard others moaning about same thing. One couple complained about everything. Do recommend the parade of shops just outside the shop on the right. Don't go to Waves across the road. If you looking for drinks & food other than in hotel I would recommend Arab Bucks. This is outside hotel, across the road & about 5 mins to the right.

Thoroughly enjoyed hotel food and overall cleanliness, great staff and location with no problems throughout the holiday. Meals had great variety with great hospitality from checking in late at night through out the stay to checking out. Would thoroughly recommend for a family vacation

Firstly where does one start this review. The Holiday village was down right amazing and if you’re looking for a place to take your family I could not recommend this hotel enough. Yes it cost a little more than what you might find out there when looking for a deal but after all our family holidays all over the world this is number 1 and blows all the amazing other times we had out the water. The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic and from the moment you walk off the transfer from the airport you are made to feel like your home. Staff can not do enough for you. A very special shout out to Shadie, Elsaydi and hassan (pictures below) they are a credit to the hotel team and they went above and beyond every moment of every day. The food at the hotel is amazing and even if you are a fussy person you will find something different to eat every day with ease and the food taste amazing. Shout out to all the tui staff and all the different activities which run daily. Which are all included in the price. Climbing activities, water inflatables assault course, on-site water park the list goes on and on. And it’s all in the price. Perfect beach front location You will not want to leave. The temperature daily for us in later oct was 30 plus and the heat was amazing. Now for a handy tip. We went shopping in the old market which is 30 minutes away by taxi. Never settle on first price all things we got we drove prices down by at least 50% and the quality is excellent. Don’t be afraid to walk away and say no you will find what you want if a shop does not give you the price you want. As for taxi don’t book taxi from hotel heavily over priced. Go download the app in drive we paid 270 Egypt pounds (£4.50) each way for 30 minutes drive. You pay driver in cash so no card details needed so double safe. Hotel taxi wanted £10 each way. So in closing this is a highly recommended place to take your family, if the hotel manager see this. I hope they speak to the amazing staff below in the photos for making our holiday the best to date.

We travelled as a family of 7 so we had booked a swim up room and a jacuzzi room. This was because there was only one swim up room left with TUI. We emailed the hotel prior to our arrival, asking if there was a swim up room that became available then could we book this. They said we would know on check in but put our names down for an upgrade. We arrived late at night, and on check in we were able to upgrade the jacuzzi room to another swim up. I think it cost an extra £130 and it was so worth it. We had an adjoining room which made it so much easier with having the kids. The rooms are spacious and the swim ups are great. The kids were never out of it and they could get up and just go straight in and we could see them from the room or balcony. Rooms get topped up each day with big bottles of water. We found if you tipped then you would get a nice fancy masterpiece out of towels on your bed, but if you didn’t you got nothing. The rooms were cleaned everyday and you got fresh towels. Just remember to renew your swim up towels if required as they don’t seem to bother about those. We went to the quiet pool bar to get drinks, but the guys on the bar would tell you to go back to your swim up and they would bring your drinks. They would also come around at different times to see if you wanted a refill. We took our Stanley cups with us to keep the beverages cool and they fill these up for you no questions asked. Food was good it’s all inclusive so yes can be repetitive. But we found something to eat each meal time and so did the kids with no issues. The resort is absolutely massive, but lovely and clean always saw someone gardening or tidying the area up. We only used the beach for a short period of time one day because the kids were too hot and preferred to be by the pool. But there was plenty of sun-beds and a bar area where you could get your drinks. You do have to walk out in the sea a far bit before it gets to waste height but it was a nice stroll and lovely and warm. We celebrated my step daughter’s birthday whilst out here. We booked the Greek restaurant for her birthday meal. Reception had posted a letter through our door asking where we would be dining and that they would provide a cake for her at our desired restaurant and time. We informed them where we would be dining and when we got there they had put decorations up for her which was a lovely touch. And also made her a cake and the waiters sang happy birthday to her. The entertainment team work very hard and are all so very friendly. They also got my step daughter’s birthday whilst up on stage and got everyone to sing happy birthday to her and have her a signed certificate for her birthday which is a lovely keepsake. My stepson attended the football academy which they had a free offer on when there and he really enjoyed this. They did a little presentation for them at the end when they had completed the week as well. So they really make a fuss of the kids. All the staff are really fri

We had a really good holiday here, we opted for the swim up rooms which were absolutely incredible! However I’m not convinced we would’ve loved it as much without the swim up pool! The buffet food was so so, can’t really compare it to other places as they don’t do pork so wasn’t my cup of tea for breakfasts. However a large selections of pastry and rolls. There is plenty to choose from just don’t expect it to be amazing I would say more average. However the Chinese restaurant was really good, definitely recommend booking that for one night, as this was our best meal of the trip was so good! We felt very safe here, when leaving the hotel we were asked for our room number and they always wished us a pleasant time out. We liked the private beach with a pier that you swim off of and see quite a few different fish! If you are staying here definitely opt for a private speedboat tour it was so incredible we saw so many fish and dolphins!
