Beautiful lobby, welcome drinks. The grounds are amazing and well kept. We had a pool view room with a massive queen size bed. Inclusive doesn't give you free access to all restaurants. You're only able eat Inclusive at "The Market restaurants" located down stairs from the reception and lobby. Good selection of dishes to choose from. The resort is very large, we didn't get to experience everything Cleopatra luxury resort had to offer. Highly recommended, I would definitely be staying again

it is 15 minutes to airport Room is old , staffs are very friendly in reception. it is 5 star hotel but rooms are very old especially toilet is very old in room . İts sea side hotel . We buy all full package. They use very cheap coctails and alcohol because they give free .

I wish it was like its name. The food is not diverse, almost the same food is served every day, you can see what you ate for lunch again in the evening. I made a reservation to play tennis but when I went there was no one and they locked the court as if we were going to play. The staff is not happy, generally they have sullen faces. The beach is nice, the pools are the same, there is a small show stage but the activity is very weak. When you look at the price, don't expect too much, it is an affordable all-inclusive hotel.

Environment: The beach is beautiful and the water is clear. The hotel is very well designed, each room has a very open view, and the rooms are large and comfortable. Facilities: The swimming pool is also well designed. The inner pool is suitable for families, and the middle pool is suitable for people who like to be lively. There is a bar in the middle of the pool, and there are parties every afternoon. Like other couples, we like the quieter pool outside by the sea the most. It is very large, with a full sea view and the beach below. Service: Very good, I feel well taken care of but not annoying. Hygiene: Very good, the rooms and public areas are very good. Food: I like the taste of the Chinese food they cook. Price: Among the 4 hotels of the same star rating I have visited in the Red Sea, this one is not the most expensive, but I think it is the best.
