Staff was very friendly and helpful. She helped us to settle down in our rooms quickly and offered late check out for free. They owned a restaurant opposite the hotel and the food was really good too.

Extremely good service, they have their own restaurant (so that you can have a meal even if you arrive late at night) plus they have special discount if you’re a customer at their stay! Upon arriving they provide essential items such as toothbrush/paste, comb etc. Even though they only have stairs the staff will carry your baggage to the doorstep of your room for you (vice versa for when checking out) lady boss was also very helpful when we ask about directions and recommendations for places to visit! Room was clean and tidy, we had a very comfortable stay here. What surprised us most was receiving a gift upon checking out! The staff transferred our baggage to the lobby by the counter and when we arrived by the counter lady boss has told us she has kept our baggages behind the counter ALONG with a local’s special for us!!! 🥰 thank you so much for the extremely good stay! Would definitely recommend this place and come back next time

The location is near to the Wuzhen water town. the owner is very kind and helpful. He would suggest the best way to plan the tour in wuzhen..

Staff is friendly and nice, Walking distance to Wuzhen West Scenic district. Hotel also owns a restaurant opposite with nice food and discount for hotel guest. They also have a Hanfu rental below the hotel at discounted rates.

We arrived early before check-in time, but they get the room ready and we check in early without extra charges. The service was excellent. They gave alot of help when we needed. The owner own a restaurant at opposite road, which offer a great taste meal. The boss also gave us discount on food dine in. Room is spacious and truly clean. Good to stay with family.

The room is big with a bathtub, this hotel is good but don't have lift to higher floor room. This hotel location is super close to attraction place by walking distance, nearby hotel also have convenient shop, souvenir shop and restaurant.

Host is very friendly & nice. Location is near to attraction. Will stay again next time.

Overall good location and service. Free laundry is done on your own in a nearby shop. After which, need to hang under sun to dry. We have also received a plate of bananas and some cookies. Definitely recommend for your stay.

Great service! The Lady at the front desk is very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is a 3 floor building without lift. Not really a problem because they kindly help us bring the luggage to our room. Room is spacious with big bed. Shower room is a little bit small but it’s fine for us. Location is very close to the Xicha watertown entrance. Easy walking distance. Also many restaurants nearby, and costumes rental if you want to dress up with traditional chinese dresses while visiting Xicha. 😉

Friendly front desk, they will get manpower to assist you to carry your luggages. It’s outside the XiShan JinQu but a 5 minutes walk to the main entrance
