Excellent location. Near attractions and walking street with many foods and restaurants. The room is clean, beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast spread is good and attentive service staff.

The location is absolutely fantastic for visiting Shaoxing. It cannot be beaten. The historic street of Lu Xun is right outside the lobby and most major city sights are within 10 to 20 minute walking distances. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfy and well-appointed done in a stylish traditional Chinese style from the early XXth century. The only problem with the hotel is, outside the room, the facilities are aging poorly and are being used and/or renovated in a rather haphazard way. It's a bit chaotic inside with multiple renovation sites that are not well isolated.

Excellent hotel with great location Service is great. Highly recommended. Will stay here again when we are back to Shaoxing for sure. Ms Deng at front desk is wonderful

Great hotel in a great location. Very convenient close to local attractions and great size rooms. Rooms are decorated very well to the local theme, breakfast is vast with many options and hotel has a good style of elegance in the lobby areas. Beds are super comfortable, terrace provides beautiful views and staff remain super friendly and professional. Have recommended to friends, would recommend if looking in this area. Hotel suits business people, families and couples very well.

酒店就在市中心，緊鄰魯迅故里景區、沈園。外出遊玩、餐飲都很方便。酒店早餐也豐盛，這個酸奶拉花就很有特色，服務員滕爽一個年輕活潑的小姑娘還給我們送了彩蛋，寓意很好（喜樂）！

多年前來咸亨吃過飯，這是第一次來這裏住，位置非常好，隔壁就是魯迅故里步行街，有很多好吃的，魯迅故里也很值得一逛，景點做得很年輕文藝。 酒店鬧中取靜，地下有很大的停車場，在這麼黃金的地段非常難得了，內部環境很有紹興水鄉特色，也有文化氣息，早餐時服務員會經常過來互動，送了四杯很有特色的酸奶，還有抽盲盒雞蛋，用姓氏作的藏頭詩，服務員貼心地介紹了餐廳營業時間，還有附近的景點指南，走的時候還有送了伴手禮，有心啦！

酒店乾淨整潔，距離魯迅故居非常近，步行前往很方便，服務人員熱情周到，特別感謝我的住店管家黃經理，晚上我發現充電寶忘記還了，還幫我找地方並讓機器人到房間去取。西餐廳的工作人員服務也很好，還為我們一家人制作了藏頭詩的小卡片。很滿意的一次住店體驗。

週末帶全家再次入住了咸亨，有自助早餐、歡迎水果、桑拿券。管家很nice，提前電話聯繫確認出行需求，服務熱情。房間設施齊全，早餐豐盛，很滿意的一次住宿。服務很好，很貼心。離別還有伴手禮，誠意滿滿。下次去還會選咸亨。

酒店位置很方便，步行就可以到達魯迅故里，房間很新，設施齊全，衞生也乾淨，入住很愉快，特別感謝酒店管家小橙子的熱情服務，房間幫我做了升級景觀房，還送了下午茶，退房時還有送伴手禮，p.s.因為我們一早的高鐵9點抵達酒店，我一個人帶着2歲寶寶，前台直接幫我們提前辦理了入住，點了外賣也是機器人送到房間，這次出行真的很開心。

原本計劃是住在咸亨大酒店的，沒想到有全國性的會議，非常不適合我們居住。攜程幫忙退房，又聯繫了真宗的老牌五星酒店～咸亨酒店。並且免費升級了行政客房，管家小橙子貼心服務，讓我們備受感動，在此謝謝攜程客服劉小姐、咸亨酒店管家小橙子。

咸亨酒店位置沒得説，我一下車門口小哥就主動幫忙拿行李，入住時前台説換到方便進出的房間，服務沒什麼問題。有兩點不好：第一我們窗外是石板路，可能是酒店外部，早上4點多就被吵醒，聲音非常大，剛開始以為是運垃圾的車，後來一看就是電動車過來過去的，窗户隔音不好；第二浴室的玻璃門臟，出門碰見保潔大姐，和她反應了，她説這擦過，擦不乾淨。那我也沒辦法了。總之我認為此次入住一般，住的沒有吃的好。

超出預期的滿意，溝通需求後，在客滿沒有符合需求的房間情況下，酒店升級了主題套房房型，安靜舒適的渡過了愉快的紹興二日之旅。 去景點魯迅故里幾步路，然後直接逛沈園，周邊吃飯玩樂方便，我們還是第一選擇在酒店吃自助餐，選擇更多。 早餐豐盛，服務態度熱情，來紹興，住咸亨，玩的盡興！
