I stayed at this hotel for six nights, and everything was nearly perfect, from the facilities to the service. This was especially memorable for me as it was my first time visiting this beautiful country. The hotel arranged a room with a stunning view of the London skyline, which was vast and absolutely beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast; it was the perfect start to my day every morning. Although there was a minor issue with the room, the maintenance staff went above and beyond to resolve it and repeatedly checked to ensure everything was fine. I sincerely appreciate their help, even though I can't recall their names. Thank you to every staff member for their warm hospitality!

Check in is at 15:00 however we came in at 12nn and they gave us a Privilege Room because I was carrying a baby. I appreciate that so much because we came from another hotel checkout at 10:30am. We were restless and a mess but the staff was very accommodating it almost feels unreal. The room is super clean, wanted to stay three days more but the hotel has zero availability.

Lovely hotel which is close to Earls Court. Great amenities, clean, professional and easy checkin.

The hotel is well placed, the room it’s self was a good size with a large bed. I was on the 12th floor which gave for a great view. Check in and out was simple and pleasant. The air-con in the room was pointless and the room was very warm. Also been on the top floor there was a constant hum which I could hear all night. The fan in the bathroom ran constantly even with the light off. There was a coffee machine in the other room we booked but not this one. Both on the same floor and the same price. Still overall a good stay.

Located not far from underground station. Sound proof is weak, can hear next room. Bed sheet has stained when checked in and thought cleaners would changed but did not even for the next 3 days came to tidy room

The hotel room is newly renovated, very comfortable to stay-in. I was stay at the 11th floor, the view outside the window is cool, I can see the skyline of London. The only shortcoming is the low water pressure and the noise insulation in room. You will hear strong voice of people closing the door and pulling the chair upstairs.

Very good hotel, convenient location to go to the center of London with the underground or to go to Stamford Bridge to watch Chelsea.

Graet location with good access to tourist places and reasonable price.

Too far from metro, not convenient to eateries. Hotel room is small and tiny.

The hotel is joint with Ibis, accor group. The only difference is flooring separation. Checked in was easy and straightforward. Stayed here for 8 nights with breakfast. It’s a new hotel, no review yet from google. The hotel is walking distance to station West Brompton, which allow you to transport to city area within 10 mins. Limited option of restaurants near by, and it took about 15mins of walk to nearest tesco express. First 2 days experience really bad, it was warm in the evening, the centralised air conditioning temperature cant be adjust in my room, even I tried open the windows. Raised my concerns to front desk( that’s another area of improvement l, no phone in the room) and they send technician to serving the machine next day. The breakfast repeated exactly the same for 8 days, which don’t impress me much, standard western breakfast of choice. There is bus stop front of the hotel, can lead you to nearest Fulham cross and Hammersmith road.

The location is a little remote. You need to be careful at night, but overall it‘s okay.
