回到老家，入住這家老牌的五星級酒店。前台人員得知我們是喜事要下聘，安排了好的房號給我們。有特殊要求告知銷售部的徐經理，對方特意去借了小圓桌和紅布給我們去擺東西。退房前還點了中餐廳的紅丸湯，口味很好，酒店的服務都很棒。

酒店位置好找，停車方便，房間寬敞，房間乾淨衞生，前台服務非常熱情周到，主動熱情介紹汕頭景點旅遊，就是離小公園有點遠。

酒店是中規中矩的星級酒店，大堂豪華，服務盡責。介紹説是老酒店，但酒店內設施並不老舊，保養較好。房間適中、舒適。早餐相當豐富！

設施：老舊，二十年前風格 衞生：馬桶都能堵這誰能想得到 環境：反正衹想裹着衣服睡覺，環境也好久 服務：入住拽的像二百五一樣，讓多給個房卡，給的都不能用的，還很舊很破。退房也是全程像欠着他們多少錢一樣。 住這麼多次酒店，這次極其非常不推薦

酒店應該是房地產開放商開的。幾點特別差的1. 入住的時候，服務生要給拎箱子，我説我們自己來，他就還給我們了，但要給我們去插卡，我説我們自己來，到了房間，反覆各種試，都沒電，後來保潔來説要額外放電卡，想來服務生可能是想要消費。服務太不專業了；2. 房間沒有暖空調，這個天有點涼意，沒有的話 有一點點冷；3. 3樓有個KTV，昨天唱到至少2點多，酒店也不管，打電話給前台，前台説管不了，服務太不專業了！。整體上，硬件雖然還行，服務比品牌就差太多了，結合幾個方面 給打1分。房間1200一晚，在汕頭的潮陽，距離汕頭核心市區近20公里吧。前台服務生硬。 用小孩的話説，3樓K TV 5樓能聽到也是**大了
