We had to upgrade to a king room as the standard double beds are not big enough for two people. The bedding was very uncomfortable and the pillows were just awful - unacceptable when so many good options are available. The room we stayed in was pretty ‘tired’ and there were no plug sockets near the bed to charge phones, which is infuriating.

Hotel on the beach - courteous reception staff. Rooms are clean. Some rooms do not have safe box - some rooms do not have min fridge. No gym no swimming pool no spa. Basically this is 3 to 3.5 star hotel. I do not know why classified as 4 star hotel. The breakfast is very good. The staff are very friendly and polite. Specially the lovely old lady. There is no salad on breakfast. The cold meat and cheese corner should contain more varieties. There is only one cheese item and for the cold meat only one "ham" item.

Decent for the price, trip price was 20% than the member price direct from the hotel.

Really like the environment of this hotel. The room is big and clean!

Great stay, stayed at extra night to enable me to explore the area further.

Food and cleaning of room very good. Closeness to the beach, shopping center and restaurants was enjoyed.

Good location near city centre，walking distance to many destinations, service need to be improved, parking location is accessible

The room is spacious and there is a convenient store nearby.
